金属冲压公差:哪些是正常水平,哪些会增加成本

在正常的级进模生产中,冲裁特征的公差为±0.02–0.05 mm,孔与孔之间的相对位置公差约为±0.05 mm,折弯角度公差为±0.5–1°——所有这些都无需额外成本。如果要求比这更严格的公差,尤其是对成型特征,冲压报价就会大幅上升,因为解决方案不是更好的测量,而是更好的模具:精压工位、更精密的模具结构或二次加工。

冲压件的公差行为与机加工件不同。CNC机床可以通过程序变更在同一零件上实现多种公差范围;而一副冲压模具只制造一次,由它生产的每一个零件都继承相同的能力。这意味着冲压中的公差决策是在模具设计阶段做出的,并在模具上付费,而不是按零件付费。了解哪些公差是免费的,哪些需要花钱,是控制模具预算和零件价格的最快途径。

正常冲压公差是什么样的

一副制造精良的级进模能生产出高度一致的零件,但这种一致性并非在所有特征类型上都是均匀的。冲裁特征——宽度、槽、孔径——由冲头和凹模开口控制,因此重复性极好。特征之间的位置由料带导正控制。成型特征——折弯、卷边、拉伸高度——则承载着金属回弹行为的公差,这就是为什么它们是最宽松的。

材料厚度决定一切

冲压件会继承卷料本身的变异。轧制带材有厚度公差——例如,1.0 mm 钢带±0.03–0.05 mm的公差并不罕见——这种变异会直接流入成型尺寸、折弯强度和零件重量。你无法通过模具来规避卷料变异;模具只能针对一个标称厚度来制造。
