冲压模具维护:延长模具寿命与保证零件一致性

冲压模具是一种精密设备,只有保持精准运行才能实现其价值。维护规则很简单:根据毛刺测量结果而非故障情况,按计划刃磨切削刃,即可在数百万次冲程中持续获得一致的零件。按计划维护的级进模,其寿命通常是同等模具运行至失效的数倍——并且零件在整个过程中都能保持公差,而不是在最后阶段出现偏差。

模具维护看似是成本中心,直到你为一次非计划停机付出代价:压力机停机、一批超差零件、以及紧急重新修模。预防性维护的成本要低一个数量级。本指南涵盖冲压模具中实际磨损的部件、能及早发现磨损的维护周期,以及判断何时需要维护的指标。
