冲压件质量计划的制定

简答:冲压件质量计划是一套书面控制措施,确保冲压件从首件到量产始终符合要求。它始于从图纸中识别关键特性,然后确定每个特性的测量方法、测量频率、抽样方案和能力目标。核心文件包括控制计划、首件检验报告、必要时采用SPC的过程检验以及材料可追溯性。对于大多数零件,关键数字是关键尺寸的Cpk至少为1.33,量具R&R低于10%。

质量计划不是为了 paperwork 而 paperwork。它区分了靠运气发货的供应商和靠系统发货的供应商。当出现偏差时,计划会告诉你它首先会在哪里出现以及你将如何发现它。本指南介绍了冲压件质量计划的内容、哪些特性值得控制、如何抽样和检验,以及有能力供应商的预期表现。

冲压件质量计划包含的内容

计划是分层构建的。首先是图纸评审:工程部门阅读图纸并标记关键质量特性——零件不能违反的尺寸、材料和表面处理。接下来是过程失效模式评审,映射每个冲压工位可能出错的地方以及如何预防或检测。根据这两者,你编写控制计划,将每个特性与测量方法、频率、样本量和失效时的反应联系起来。

检验频率和方法

检验分阶段进行,以便尽可能早且低成本地发现错误。

每次设置或换模后的首件检验是冲压中价值最高的检查之一,因为大多数缺陷源于运行开始时的错误模具设置或带材装载错误。定期过程检查捕捉模具磨损漂移——随着模具边缘磨损,孔径或毛刺高度逐渐增加。

抽样、能力和文件

抽样遵循文件化计划,通常采用ISO 2859-1或ANSI/ASQ Z1.4等标准,并商定接收质量限和检验水平。对于关键尺寸,跟踪能力而不仅仅是合格/不合格:过程能力指数(Cpk)至少为1.33是关键特性的常见目标,意味着过程舒适地处于公差范围内。测量系统能力也很重要——量具R&R研究显示测量系统引起的变异低于10%,可保持数据可信。

对供应商的期望
