冲压件询价清单:模具厂需要你提供什么

简短回答:模具厂可以根据八项输入准确报价冲压件——带公差的完整图纸、3D模型、材料牌号和厚度、年用量和单次订单量、毛刺和边缘要求、表面处理或电镀、二次加工,以及包装或合规需求。你遗漏的内容不会消失;它会以工厂最坏情况假设的形式回来,这就是为什么模糊的一行询价会变成比同一零件正确询价高出30–50%的报价。十分钟的询价纪律能节省真金白银,通常还能缩短交期。

冲压报价建立在假设之上,工厂必须做出的每一个假设都是向你收取的安全余量。一家模具厂在没有图纸的情况下报价“不锈钢支架,100,000件/年”,并不是在猜测价格——它是在报价它能想象到的最昂贵版本的零件,因为那是唯一安全的版本。这份清单准确展示了应该发送什么,以便你得到的报价就是你实际设计零件的报价。

图纸:完整视图、关键尺寸、真实公差

图纸就是合同。发送包含所有视图的完整2D PDF,在内部几何形状重要处提供剖视图,并给出清晰的尺寸标注方案——然后用明确公差标出哪些尺寸是关键尺寸,其余尺寸默认采用图纸上注明的一般公差块(ISO 2768-mK或等效标准)。冲压询价中最昂贵的短语是“公差按ISO 2768”,却没有附上公差块,因为模具厂必须对每个特征假设最严格合理解释。

添加重要的GD&T:贴合面的平面度、压印区域之间的平行度、装配中用于定位零件的孔的位置度。弯曲特征需要角度公差,并注明哪一侧是功能面,因为毛刺方向和弯曲回弹都与侧面相关。如果边缘必须无毛刺,用ISO 13715风格符号标记;如果只有一侧重要,请说明。并且包含3D模型——STEP或IGES——因为模具设计师根据实体而非平面视图构建料带布局和模具型面。仅发送3D而没有公差标注的零件仍然比草图好,但模具厂会把缺失的公差反馈给你,而不是默默假设——这才是值得寻找的专业行为。

材料:牌号、状态、厚度和纹向

“不要只说‘钢’或‘不锈钢’就结束。”询价的材料行需要牌号、状态或硬度、带公差的标称厚度,以及任何弯曲是否对纹向有要求。这四个细节完全改变模具设计:回弹补偿、最小弯曲半径、毛刺行为和模具钢选择都随材料而变化。用0.3 mm C2680黄铜报价并运行在H62上的端子表现不同;用DC01报价并替换为DP600的支架会在首次试模时错过弯曲角度。指定标准——ASTM、EN、JIS或GB——并让工厂确认可用性,因为冲压材料选择首先是成本驱动因素,其次才是质量驱动因素。

厚度公差比买家预期的更重要。卷料到达时有一个厚度范围——典型冷轧带材在薄规格下保持约±0.03–0.05 mm——而模具是针对该范围内的一个点制造的。如果你的应用对零件厚度敏感(接触力、弹簧刚度、压配合),请说明关键尺寸和可接受的厚度窗口,而不是假设标称值。当你的质量体系需要时,可提供材料证书以实现完全可追溯性;如果这是要求,请在询价中说明。

数量、节奏和模具预算

数量是决定你的零件是否应该冲压,以及如果应该,采用何种模具的数字。给出年用量、每次释放的订单量和预测周期——模具厂对年产500,000件工具的定价与50,000件工具不同,因为模具钢、表面硬化和维护计划不同。单次订单量驱动压力机和换模策略:在连续模上5,000件的释放与200,000件的释放经济性不同。

模具预算或模具期望是第四个数字。冲压模具是资本投资——小型端子的连续模指示性价格从几千美元起,而大型支架的多工位连续模可达五位数——模具成本分摊到零件价格中。如果你的公司需要单独显示模具成本或分摊到单价中,请说明。如果你有目标单价,请说明并询问什么数量和设计变更可以达到。如果你还不确定数量是否值得开生产模具,先询问软模原型冲压——它以生产模具成本的一小部分验证设计。

边缘、表面处理、二次加工和合规

询价的后半部分是表面和服务故事。说明每侧的边缘和毛刺要求(或明确“无要求”)、表面处理——无、涂油、钝化、电镀——以及哪些区域是外观面。电镀需要规格(例如接触区域镍打底镀金)和镀层等级;冲压触点从涂层系统获得其耐腐蚀和耐磨行为,因此准确的电镀规格是功能规格,不是装饰。列出模具不应做的二次加工:攻丝、插入、装配、焊接、热处理。如果工厂不运行你需要的工序,最好在询价阶段而不是交货时发现。
