冲压毛刺控制:方向、高度与去毛刺方案

简短回答:毛刺是冲头退出板材时留下的卷曲、撕裂的唇边,您可以通过三种方式控制它——正确设置模具间隙、确定零件哪一侧可以带有毛刺,并在图纸上注明最大高度(薄精密零件通常为 0.05 mm,一般零件最高约为料厚的 10%)。毛刺落在模具侧,因此方向由模具设计决定。高度由间隙、模具锋利度和材料决定。去毛刺应是最后手段,而非默认选项:大多数毛刺问题都是模具问题。

毛刺为何形成:剪切边缘有四个区域

当冲头切割金属板材时,它并非切割——而是推挤,材料以受控方式失效。每个冲压边缘都显示四个区域。在冲头进入侧有一个小的圆形凹陷,称为塌角(模具滚压),然后是一个光滑、发亮的带,称为光亮带,接着是一个更粗糙、倾斜的带,称为断裂带,最后是冲头退出远端的毛刺本身。如果模具间隙正确,冲头和模具的断裂带干净地相遇,毛刺保持较小。如果间隙错误,或切削刃磨损,材料会撕裂而不是剪切,毛刺就会增大。

毛刺方向:位于模具侧——您可以指定

方向是最容易管理的毛刺属性,因为它由模具决定,而非运气。在冲孔(制孔)中,冲头从顶部进入并推入模具开口;毛刺形成在板材底面,即模具侧。在落料(切割零件轮廓)中,坯料被推入模具,因此坯料上的毛刺在其底面——同样是模具侧。同时,废料在冲头侧带有毛刺。采购方应记住的规则:毛刺面向模具,塌角面向冲头。

这很有用,因为在许多零件上只有一侧是功能或外观相关的。压入塑料外壳的冲压端子可以将毛刺放在隐藏面上;必须齐平就位的接触面则不能。当您知道功能面时,请在图纸上说明:“毛刺朝向标记”或“A 面最大毛刺 0.05 mm,B 面可接受 0.15 mm”。模具车间通常可以翻转几何形状——从另一方向落料,或在次级工位修边——使毛刺落在您想要的位置。方向标注是免费的;全面无毛刺标注则不是。

多少毛刺可接受:设定数值,而非形容词

间隙是真正的毛刺控制:模具几何优先

在去毛刺之前,检查模具。碳钢的单侧间隙通常为材料厚度的 4–8%,较软合金取较紧端。当间隙太小时,模具磨损快,脱模力上升,边缘形成二次剪切带,一旦边缘变钝就会撕裂成严重毛刺。当间隙太大时,塌角加深,断裂带变粗糙,毛刺从第一次冲压就很大。

去毛刺方案比较:方法匹配边缘

当功能边缘确实需要无毛刺时——擦拭触点、滑动配合、将电镀的边缘或需手动处理的零件——去毛刺是合理的。但方法应与几何形状、数量和边缘要求匹配,因为成本差异超过一个数量级。

由此得出两条采购规则。首先,如果批量生产中超过几条边缘需要去毛刺,询问级进模中的修边或剃边工位是否比批量精加工操作更便宜——一旦模具存在,模具内去毛刺每件成本为零。其次,顺序很重要:电镀前去毛刺,绝不在之后。电镀层下的毛刺不会消失,而是被放大——涂层跟随粗糙边缘,可能剥落或在冲压触点上引起介电问题。如果您的规格中有电镀,请在电镀前就边缘条件达成一致,而不是在第一批样品回来毛糙后。

使毛刺成本接近零的设计和采购规则

最便宜的毛刺控制是设计到零件中的。说明功能侧,按侧规定允许的毛刺高度数值,用 ISO 13715 符号标记真正无毛刺的边缘,其余轮廓保持不动。尽可能添加大圆角——尖角会集中撕裂,使毛刺粗糙。避免在“毛刺向内,最大 0.1 mm”完全可行的地方指定“无毛刺”。报价时,告诉工厂哪些边缘是功能性的;知道擦拭面与隐藏面的模具车间将设计料带,使毛刺落在您可以接受的位置,并仅对需要去毛刺的边缘报价。
