什么是回弹:塑性弯曲后的弹性恢复

弯曲板材之所以有效,是因为外层纤维拉伸超过屈服强度,而内层纤维压缩。这种塑性变形保持了新形状——但只有部分应变是塑性的。其余是弹性的,像弯曲的弹簧一样储存在材料中,并在冲头抬起的瞬间释放。结果是弯曲角度减小(零件张开)和弯曲半径略微增大。零件保留的量与工具施加的量之比是回弹系数,这更多是材料特性问题,而非模具问题。
