铝6063与6061散热器对比:哪种导热性能更佳?

为什么6063和6061的导热性能不同?

铝合金的导热率会随着合金元素的添加而下降,因为这些元素会散射携带热量的电子。6061含有更多合金成分——镁和硅含量更高,并含有少量铜和铁。尤其是铜,对导热率的破坏性极强。6063是成分更精简的合金:镁和硅含量较低,不刻意添加铜。合金散射更少,热流更顺畅。

工程现实是:散热器的性能主要取决于总表面积和气流,而非合金导热率最后那20%的差异。一个多一片翅片或翅片稍高的6061散热器,轻松胜过外形尺寸相同的6063散热器。当空间紧凑到每一片翅片都至关重要时,导热率才最为关键——而恰恰此时,您也需要只有最佳挤压合金才能生产的薄而密的翅片。

何时应选择6063?

当散热器采用挤压工艺时,选择6063。它成为标准是有原因的:挤压速度更快,能更好地填充薄翅片截面,且导热性能更优。用于LED驱动器、电源、放大器和电信设备的挤压散热器几乎普遍采用6063,且阳极氧化后的表面更光亮、更均匀——当散热器成为产品外观的一部分时,这种可见的价值尤为明显。

请谨慎选择6063-T5与T6。T5表示型材在挤压后直接冷却并人工时效——成本更低,对于大多数散热器而言已足够,因为机械载荷不大。T6则经过固溶处理和完全时效以获得更高强度,但成本增加。若散热器同时承受安装载荷,T6可能更合适;而普通翅片型材则无需T6。

何时应选择6061?

当零件需要同时承担导热和结构支撑双重功能时,选择6061。例如,CNC机加工的散热器同时作为机箱壁板,安装电路板和连接器的外壳底板,以及需要反复装配和拆卸的带螺纹安装孔的冷板——这些应用需要6061约两倍的屈服强度和更干净的机加工特性。6063上的螺纹更容易滑丝;而6061上的螺纹孔能更好地承受扭矩。

机加工散热器通常选用6061也有实际原因:它切削干净,能保持紧密公差而不产生涂抹,这对于在同一工序中铣削薄翅片和精密安装面至关重要。我们的CNC机加工散热器默认使用6061,除非图纸另有规定;当零件从挤压件转为成品时,我们也会加工6063型材。

阳极氧化和表面处理有何区别?

两种合金的阳极氧化性能都很好,对于散热器而言,阳极氧化层通常是有益的:坚硬、深色的涂层比裸金属的辐射散热效果略好。差异体现在外观上。6063阳极氧化后呈现光亮、均匀的表面,条纹极少——这是它在可见挤压产品中占主导地位的又一原因。6061中的铜和铁含量在大面积阳极氧化表面上可能表现为细微的颜色条纹或污迹,尤其是在黑色等深色中。对于隐藏在外壳内部的纯功能性散热器,无人关心外观。但对于作为工业设计一部分的可见散热器,6063在货架上的视觉效果更佳。

合金选择会改变热阻目标吗?
