如何获得准确的CNC报价:应向机加工厂提供什么

简短回答:准确的CNC报价始于完整的询价——包含明确公差标注的STEP或PDF图纸、材料牌号、数量、表面处理和交货目标。你遗漏的每一条信息都不会降低价格;它只会迫使工厂去猜测,而猜测总是按高价端定价。一个仅凭一行邮件就能准确报价的供应商并不准确——那是在猜测。

模糊询价与可加工询价之间的差距,往往就是公平价格与虚高价格之间的差距。工厂会将风险计入报价:如果你的图纸只写“铝”而没有牌号,那么一个可能是6061的零件,你会被按7075的价格收费;如果公差缺失,你会得到最严格——也是最慢——的解读。本指南正是我们自己的工程师收到询价时使用的核对清单,这样你就可以发送一份基于现实而非最坏情况来定价的版本。

一份完整的RFQ应包含什么

专业的报价请求是一页信息,而不是一段描述。下表是我们报价工程师工作的核对清单;覆盖每一行的询价会比那些需要后续邮件沟通的询价获得更清晰、更快速且通常更低的报价。

要点:RFQ是一份风险转移文件。每一个空白单元格都会以保守假设的形式,将定价风险从工厂转移回你身上。填写每一行不需要一个小时的工作量,而且通常能将报价降低两位数百分比,因为工厂不再需要为你的模糊性而自我保护。

能快速报价的文件格式

同时发送3D模型和2D PDF。模型让工厂能够编程和估算周期时间;PDF承载公差、注释和版本控制,这些是模型无法单独表达的。STEP(.stp)是最通用的中性格式,几乎所有CAM系统都优先使用。IGES和Parasolid(X_T)也可以接受;STL则不行——它是一个分面网格,没有精确几何体,也没有公差,适用于打印,但对于机加工零件的报价毫无用处。

一份能快速报价的图纸还应包含带有版本号的标题栏、标明牌号和状态的材质标注、如ISO 2768-mK或块公差的通用公差注释,以及说明处理内容和位置的表面处理注释——“Type II黑色阳极氧化,遮蔽Ø6.0孔”总是优于“阳极氧化”。如果你的零件是早期版本的更新,请注明之前的零件号和版本;已经拥有程序的工厂可以报增量价格,而不是整个新零件的价格。

公差:最昂贵的单一遗漏

公差是模糊询价代价最高的地方,因为加工时间大致与标注的严格程度成正比。下表显示了公差等级如何影响相同几何体的周期时间和价格——针对中等尺寸的铣削铝零件的指示性范围。

要点:公差是买来的,不是假设的。专业的做法是设定宽松的通用公差(例如±0.1 mm或±0.05 mm),仅在功能上需要的特征上标注严格公差——如轴承孔、配合面、关键位置度。这一习惯对你的零件价格的影响比任何谈判都大,这也是我们在CNC DFM指南中传授的核心内容。

会拖延或破坏报价的注释

询价中的某些措辞会迫使工厂回电或给出谨慎的报价。“抛光至镜面”而没有Ra值,让工厂在手抛光和研磨之间猜测——两者都很慢。“表面光洁度0.8”而没有符号,在Ra和Rz之间含糊不清,两者相差约4–6倍。“M6螺纹”没有深度或等级,留下丝锥选择的空间。“材料:钢”可能指1215、1045、4140或十几种其他材料,每种的可加工性和价格都不同。

比较报价:同类比较

当报价回来时,比较假设,而不仅仅是总价。低价报价可能假设了±0.5 mm、“铝”板材、无检测报告和无表面处理;较高的报价可能完全按照你的图纸报价。向每个供应商问三个问题:你编程时使用的公差是多少,你定价的材料牌号和库存形式是什么,包含哪些检测。如果答案不同,价格就不具有可比性,最便宜的数字不是便宜货——而是未来的变更订单。
