CNC车削与铣削:哪种工艺适合您的零件?

CNC车削的实际作用

关键的几何特征是轴向对称。普通轴、阀杆、气动接头、轴承隔圈、模具镶件——这些都是车削件,它们选择车削是有原因的。在铣床上加工相同特征意味着需要多次装夹定位,同时还要努力保持工序间的同心度;而车床天然就能保证同心度,因为零件从未离开主轴。

CNC铣削的实际作用
