CNC车削中的动力刀具:在车床上进行铣削

一条规则最重要:保持铣削余量轻。动力刀柄的刚性不如铣床主轴,因此重铣削需要多次浅切,刀具磨损快。当特征需要大量金属去除时,真正的铣床仍然是诚实的答案。第二条规则是规划换刀。每个驱动刀柄占用一个刀塔工位,如果零件需要四种不同的动力刀具,您可能在特征用完之前就用完工位。优秀的程序员按刀具分组操作,而不是按图纸顺序,以便C轴尽可能少地分度。

何时动力刀具优于单独的铣床

当铣削特征对于基本车削的零件是次要的时,动力刀具胜出。价值在于消除装夹和基准完整性,而不是原始铣削功率。如果零件是圆形的,带有几个小的铣削细节,一次动力刀具循环在成本和精度上都优于两台机床上的两次操作。如果零件是带有单个钻孔的平板块,铣床更便宜、更简单。交叉点通常是车床上的铣削时间超过总循环时间的大约四分之一时。
