CNC加工成本是多少?工厂定价因素(2026指南)

简短回答:一个简单的CNC铝件在100-1000件时大约每件2-15美元;而一个高精度不锈钢件可能每件20-80美元以上。真正影响价格的是材料、公差、几何复杂度、表面处理、数量和装夹。任何工厂在阅读你的图纸之前就报价,那是在猜测。发送图纸,获取真实报价。

决定CNC加工成本的8个因素是什么?

1. 材料:最大的单项成本

材料通常占零件成本的30-50%。两个关键点:每公斤原材料价格以及被切削掉的材料量。

2. 公差:精度是买来的,不是赠送的

更严格的公差意味着更慢的进给、更多的刀具走刀、更多的测量时间和更多的废品。从±0.1 mm到±0.01 mm的跳跃可能增加30-80%的加工时间。低于±0.005 mm则进入磨削/珩磨领域,价格曲线几乎垂直上升。

3. 几何复杂度:每个特征都消耗时间

一个带钻孔的简单方块很便宜。添加凹槽、薄壁、深腔、内螺纹、倒扣或五轴轮廓,每个特征都会增加循环时间。薄壁(约1 mm以下)加工慢且易变形。深孔需要特殊刀具。倒扣可能需要额外装夹或EDM。

每个特征最大的成本驱动因素通常是循环时间。向供应商询问每个零件的预计循环时间;这是报价中最诚实的单一数字。

4. 数量:单价停止下降的临界点

装夹成本(编程、夹具、首件检验)分摊到整个批次。从1个原型到50件,通常单价下降40-60%。从500到5,000件,下降幅度小得多,因为材料和循环时间现在占主导。

大多数客户的最佳点逻辑:

  • 1-10件:原型制作,预期每件成本较高,这正常
  • 50-500件:无需模具投资,最适合定制/小批量
  • 1,000件以上:考虑冲压或压铸是否每件更便宜

5. 表面处理:可见但常被过度指定

阳极氧化根据颜色和遮蔽增加约1-3美元/件;化学镍和电镀更贵;喷砂便宜。外观等级(无划痕A级表面)需要额外处理和包装。仅在应用需要时指定表面处理——内部安装面很少需要外观阳极氧化。

6. 装夹和工程时间

每个新零件号都有装夹成本:CAD/CAM编程、夹具设计、刀具和首件检验报告。这是每订单的固定费用,而非每件,这就是小批量每件昂贵的原因。将多个相似零件一起订购,或重复订单而不更改设计,可分摊此成本。

7. 检验和文档

标准检验(卡尺、千分尺、基本CMM检查)包含在大多数报价中。如果需要每批全CMM报告、材料证书、PPAP或ISO文档,则增加成本。确定您的质量体系实际需要什么。我们默认随每批发货附带尺寸检验报告——基础项目不额外收费。

8. 交期和运输

发送完整询价。完整询价包含:带公差标注的3D模型或2D图纸、材料规格、数量、表面处理和交货目标。缺少公差会迫使工厂假设最严格——也是最昂贵——的解释。模糊图纸会以安全余量报价,您为此付费。

第二:同类比较。当报价异常低时,询问他们假设的公差、材料等级和检验。我们已拯救了不止一个客户,他们选择最低报价后发现工厂悄悄假设±0.5 mm和未指定等级的“铝”。
