CNC加工公差:ISO 2768与GD&T对比及实际可达精度

更紧的公差如何影响成本和交期?

公差是用时间换来的。加工到±0.1 mm意味着单次走刀,全速切削。加工到±0.005 mm则需要更慢的进给、更轻的切削、更多的刀具更换、更多的测量停机,以及材料变形时偶尔产生的废品。从±0.1 mm提升到±0.01 mm可能会增加30–80%的加工时间;低于±0.005 mm,成本曲线几乎垂直上升,因为你已经离开了普通CNC加工,进入了磨削领域。
