医疗植入物的CNC加工:材料与清洁度

CNC加工植入物使用哪些材料?

合金的选择首先考虑生物相容性、耐腐蚀性和机械强度。可加工性远居其次。五类材料涵盖了我们见到的大部分工作:

  • 钛合金Grade 2(工业纯钛):柔软、高度耐腐蚀,用于接骨板、牙科基台和外壳。最容易加工的钛合金,但与铝相比仍然较慢。
  • 钛合金Grade 5(Ti-6Al-4V)及其ELI变体:高强度重量比,用于承重螺钉、脊柱硬件和器械。
  • 可植入不锈钢(316LVM):强度高、材料成本较低,用于创伤固定、缆线和部分器械。对钝化质量敏感。

哪些公差和表面光洁度真正重要?

图纸的大部分是外观性的。一小部分特征是功能性的,这些才值得严格控制。轴承孔、配合锥面、螺纹根部和密封面承载公差;周围轮廓通常不需要。

植入物硬件上的关键功能配合通常为±0.005 mm至±0.02 mm。低于±0.005 mm就离开了铣削和车削领域,进入磨削、珩磨或精加工领域,价格曲线急剧上升。表面光洁度以Ra指定,加工界面通常为0.8 µm,涉及密封或滑动接触处为0.4 µm,轴承和关节表面为0.2 µm或更细。

植入物零件应该有多清洁?

清洁度是医疗工作与工业工作的分水岭。一个零件可能尺寸完美,但仍因嵌入碎屑、加工残留物或松动毛刺而失败。您的供应商应该能够将以下每一项描述为受控步骤:

  • 去毛刺:受控的机械或电化学去毛刺,而不是手持锉刀。边缘状态在图纸上标注。
  • 清洗:在规定的溶剂和DI水序列中进行超声波清洗,具有规定的时间和温度。

  • 材料:牌号,而不仅仅是“钛合金”。Grade 2和Ti-6Al-4V的加工性能和成本不同,因此牌号会改变价格。
  • 数量:原型数量和预计年用量,以便供应商建议正确的工艺而不是方便的工艺。
  • 表面处理:每个功能表面的Ra,以及任何钝化、阳极氧化或标记要求。
  • 清洁度和文档:预先说明是否需要清洁度记录、材料证明或首件检验报告。
  • 交付目标:日期,以便从一开始就了解交期和任何加急成本。
