CNC加工DFM:降低成本和交期的设计规则

两大成本驱动因素:刀具可达性与公差

每个CNC特征都通过两个途径产生成本:加工难度和精度要求。刀具可达性决定机床时间、装夹次数以及是否需要特殊刀具;公差决定进给速度、走刀次数和检测要求。难以加工且公差严格的零件特征同时受两者影响——深、小、严公差盲孔是典型的图纸特征,它因非功能性原因使成本倍增。

DFM思维是在将每个特征标注到图纸前提出两个问题:标准刀具能否一次走刀加工到位?功能是否确实需要标注的数值?如果任一答案为否,立即调整——CAD文件上的修改是免费的,报价后的修改则不然。

孔:深度是隐性成本

孔是机加工零件上最常见的特征,也是最常被过度标注的。标准麻花钻一次走刀可加工约3-4倍直径的深度;超过此深度,啄钻循环、排屑和刀具挠曲会降低加工速度。直径小于1.5 mm的深孔则属于特殊定制范畴。

螺纹、凹槽和文字:细节决策

螺纹应使用标准螺距和标准尺寸——M系列、UNC/UNF——因为丝锥和量规是标准库存。非标螺距需要特殊丝锥、特殊量规和慢速装夹,除非配合件已确定使用,否则毫无益处。凹槽和燕尾槽需要特殊刀具或二次加工;考虑是否可用侧槽替代。雕刻文字和标志可正常加工,但字高应保持在约0.3 mm以上并注明深度——曲面上的浅雕是标记成本悄然增加之处。

如果某个特征仅因“在CAD中看起来不错”而存在,那就是应删除的特征。机械师称之为“幽灵特征”——无人指定、无人测量、却人人买单的外观细节。图纸上的每个特征都应追溯到功能、装配要求或既定标准。

公差策略:将成本花在功能所需之处

公差是DFM中回报最高的杠杆,因为它会放大其所涉及的所有其他特征的成本。下表显示了在铣削铝件上收紧一般公差的影响。

问:CNC加工壁厚最薄可到多少?
