CNC加工成本降低:实用杠杆

杠杆1:放宽不需要的公差

公差是大多数图纸上最常被过度指定的数字。默认的块公差±0.05 mm被应用于每个尺寸,而实际上可能只有两个特征需要配合。将非关键尺寸放宽到±0.1 mm或±0.2 mm,可以让车间采用更快的进给和更少的走刀次数。

杠杆2:简化几何形状

每个凹槽、薄壁、深腔、倒扣和内螺纹都会增加循环时间。薄壁(低于约1 mm)加工慢且容易变形。深特征需要长臂刀具以低进给率加工。如果一个特征可以在不影响功能的情况下做得更宽、更浅或开放式,它就会更便宜。

最有效的简化是减少装夹次数。单面加工的零件比需要四面加工的零件便宜得多。重新设计特征使其在更少的方向上可达,通常比任何公差变更都更有效。

杠杆3:选择易加工材料

合金选择同时影响材料成本和循环时间。6061铝的加工速度是不锈钢的三到五倍,每公斤成本也低得多。如果应用不需要耐腐蚀性或高强度,铝是默认的廉价选择。

杠杆4:减少装夹次数

装夹成本按订单固定,因此在小批量时感受最明显。将相似零件合并到一个订单中,以便重复使用相同的夹具和程序。在可能的情况下,设计为单方向加工方法,这样车间就不需要第二个夹具。

杠杆5:使产量与工艺匹配

在高年产量下,CNC是错误的工艺。如果您的零件每年运行数万件,一旦模具成本摊销,冲压或压铸将比CNC更便宜。节省可能很大——但前提是产量支持模具。我们的DFM指南涵盖了转换逻辑。
