DFM 重设计案例:在不损失功能的前提下降低成本

简短回答:面向制造的设计(DFM)重设计通常远超价格谈判的效果。在实际项目中,四项小改动就能完成大部分工作——开放深腔、放宽一个公差、去除第二次装夹,以及更换过度指定的合金。每一项都只是图纸上的小幅修改;合在一起,它们通常能在不损失功能的情况下将机加工零件成本降低 20–60%。在 BQUQ,我们以 ±0.005 mm 的精度加工,并在报价前审查每一张图纸的 DFM,因此重设计讨论发生在价格最终确定之前,而不是之后。报价在 12 个工作小时内返回。

案例 2:放宽一个从未承担功能的公差

一张外壳图纸在一个大型外观外尺寸上标注了 ±0.01 mm。那里没有任何配合。将其放宽到 ±0.1 mm 后,就不再需要缓慢的精加工走刀和反复测量。

一个零件需要从两面加工,使夹具和排队时间翻倍。将沉孔移到与主腔体同一侧后,车间可以在一个方向完成整个零件的加工。这一变更只是特征旋转,并非功能妥协。

典型效果:降低 15–30%,同时缩短交期。

案例 4:更换过度指定的合金

一个零件指定 316 不锈钢是“为了耐腐蚀性”,但它从不接触化学品——它安装在室内干燥环境中。改用 303 不锈钢后,耐腐蚀等级仍适合该环境,同时降低了材料成本和加工周期,因为 303 的切削加工性要好得多。

典型效果:该零件成本降低 30–50%。

案例 5:加厚薄壁

0.8 mm 的壁厚迫使采用轻切削,并产生颤振,因此车间不得不降低速度并仔细检测。将其加厚到 1.5 mm——用户不可见的变更——让车间可以按正常参数运行。

案例 6:将内部特征替换为通孔特征

将盲孔攻丝替换为通孔加螺母和垫圈。钻攻盲孔有断丝锥风险并增加加工周期;通孔则快速且容错。使用标准五金件即可满足功能。

典型效果:降低 5–15%,并大幅减少报废事件。

如何做好 DFM 优化

首先标记哪些尺寸是功能性的,哪些是外观或间隙性的。工厂无法猜测你的意图,没有这些信息,最安全的做法就是按最严格、最慢的解释报价。告诉他们什么重要。

其次,询问加工周期,而不仅仅是价格。加工周期是报价中最诚实的单一数字,也是 DFM 变更最直接影响的数字。如果重设计将加工周期缩短 40%,价格节省就是真实且持久的。

第三,接受某些变更需要重新认证。改变几何形状可能需要新的首件报告或新的测试周期。对于成熟产品,这是需要与节省相权衡的实际成本。
