原型CNC加工交期:什么是快,什么不是

每个买家都想要快速的原型,每个供应商都说自己快。诚实的答案是,交期不是一个数字——而是一条链,最慢的环节决定节奏。如果您了解链条中有哪些环节,就能拉动正确的杠杆,节省一周时间。

现实的原型CNC加工交期是多少?

加工本身很少是瓶颈。一个小原型件可能只需要20分钟的主轴时间。周围的日子才是时间流逝的地方:编程、夹具、首件检验和运输。一个不问您的公差和表面处理就告诉您“2天”的工厂,报的是加工时间,而不是项目时间。

作为经验法则:来自中国源头工厂的单件原型,标准3轴加工通常端到端需要3–7个工作日。简单的车削件——衬套、垫片、螺纹螺柱——如果材料有库存,可在24–48小时内发货。具有5轴轮廓、严格位置公差或镜面抛光的复杂零件则落在7–15天的范围内。

真正决定您时间线的五件事

1. 材料可用性

没有库存就无法加工零件。常见牌号——6061铝、303不锈钢、C360黄铜、1215钢——在大多数工厂货架上都有。钛、Inconel或特定铸铁牌号等特殊材料可能需要订购,仅此一项就可能增加3–10天。如果您的原型不是材料关键件,请询问工厂库存情况;将7075换成6061用于形状和配合原型可以节省一周。

2. 公差

较松的公差加工更快。±0.1 mm的支架是两次走刀的工作;±0.005 mm的轴承孔需要仔细装夹、较慢的进给和CMM验证。如果原型只需要验证几何形状,不要在每个特征上都标注功能公差。将严格的公差保留在必须配合的特征上。如需深入了解,请参阅我们的CNC加工公差指南

3. 几何形状和装夹次数

每增加一次装夹——加工背面、车床上的第二道工序、用于倒扣的电火花加工——都会增加夹具时间和排队时间。一次5轴装夹加工的零件可能比需要三次3轴装夹的零件更快,即使5轴循环时间更长。更少的装夹通常是更快的途径。

4. 表面处理

裸加工铝件在检验当天即可发货。阳极氧化、喷砂、激光打标或电镀是外部工艺,会增加1–4天,并且通常按固定时间表运行,无法催促。如果原型仅用于配合和功能,跳过外观处理,更快拿到零件。

5. 数量

一件最快。十件通常只是稍微慢一点,因为装夹相同——只是主轴运行时间更长。五十到几百件开始需要多夹具排程,但仍避免模具。交期的跳跃发生在您跨入需要模具或冲模的工艺时,而不是在增加几件时。

运输:买家忘记的部分

即使零件在周一完成,如果您选择海运,也可能在下周到达。原型数量通常小而轻,因此快递和空运在速度上胜出。比较:

对于单个原型,快递几乎总是正确的。当原型批次足够大时,分批发货——一些空运,其余海运——是有意义的。

如何压缩原型交期

最大的杠杆是信息。完整的包包含STEP或IGES模型、带公差和表面处理标注的2D图纸、材料规格、数量和交付目标。当其中一项缺失时,工厂要么询问(延迟),要么假设最严格的解释(更慢、更贵的工作)。两者都对您没有帮助。

第二:快速批准报价。原型工作通常因买家比较三个报价一周而等待采购订单。加工需要几天;决定可能需要更长时间。
