螺纹铣削与攻丝:CNC零件如何选择

简短回答:当您有大量相同的中小型孔且材料易加工时,选择攻丝;当您需要一把刀具加工多种孔径、在盲孔底部加工全螺纹、在硬质或粘性材料中加工螺纹,或者需要零风险避免断丝锥卡在成品零件中时,选择螺纹铣削。攻丝通常可在两秒内加工一个M6孔;螺纹铣削需要几秒钟,但在艰巨任务中提供了攻丝无法比拟的灵活性、质量控制和安全保障。
