精密孔铰孔:公差与实践

简短回答:钻孔通常只能达到 ±0.05–0.1 mm 的公差,这对于定位销或轴承配合来说是不够的。铰孔使用多刃刀具去除最后 0.1–0.3 mm 的材料,产生 H7 级孔,例如在标称 10 mm 的孔上达到 10.000–10.015 mm,表面粗糙度约为 Ra 0.4–1.6 µm。铰孔能修正尺寸、圆度和表面质量,但不能修正位置——孔的位置由预钻孔决定。对于配合孔使用铰孔,对于大孔或需要修正的孔使用镗孔,而仅在尺寸不重要时使用钻孔。

孔是机加工零件上最常见的特征,也是最常被宽松指定且加工不一致的特征。仅钻孔的孔对于间隙螺栓来说没问题,但用于定位销、轴承或压配衬套的孔则取决于几微米的精度。铰孔是达到该窗口的标准且经济的方法,了解其局限性可以节省成本和减少废品。

铰孔的实际作用

铰孔是一种精加工操作。铰刀是一种直槽或螺旋槽的多刃刀具,被送入预钻孔中,从孔壁去除薄薄一层材料,从而确定孔的尺寸并改善其圆度和表面质量。由于铰刀有许多切削刃同时接触孔壁,径向力基本抵消,刀具在孔中自定心。结果是孔圆、直且尺寸与铰刀一致,表面质量远优于钻头所能达到的。

关键限制是铰刀会跟随现有孔。它不会移动孔的轴线。如果预钻孔偏心,铰孔也会偏心,只是更圆、表面更好。这就是为什么铰孔是定尺寸和精加工操作,而不是定位操作。

铰孔也有天然的尺寸上限。因为孔最终等于铰刀直径,车间需要该尺寸的铰刀,而标准铰刀有标准步进和标准配合。如果图纸要求不寻常的标称尺寸或非常紧的非标准窗口,可调铰刀或镗孔操作可能是实际答案。这就是为什么在应用允许的情况下应指定标准配合(如 H7),因为标准配合匹配标准刀具,而标准刀具更快、更便宜。

对于 CNC 生产,机用铰刀是主力。当铰刀和孔可能不完全对齐时,浮动夹头很有用,因为它让铰刀跟随现有孔而不是对抗它。当车间需要在一批零件中达到特定尺寸并希望调整刀具时,可调铰刀是首选。

预钻孔的准备

预钻孔决定铰孔是否成功。留太少余量,铰刀会摩擦和变钝;留太多,铰刀切削不均匀并可能颤振。实用规则是留约孔直径的 1–3% 作为铰孔余量,对于 10 mm 孔,直径上约为 0.1–0.3 mm。预钻孔也应准确钻出,因为其位置成为铰孔的位置。

预钻孔质量与其尺寸同样重要。用磨损钻头钻出的预钻孔,或在入口处呈喇叭口的预钻孔,不能很好地引导铰刀,铰孔可能在顶部出现锥度。对于关键孔,中心钻后接刚性、锋利的预钻头,为铰刀提供产生直、圆结果的最佳机会。

速度、进给和装夹实践

铰孔比钻孔速度更慢、进给更快,因为刀具刃多且不需要高效切入。切削速度通常低于钻孔以避免颤振并保护铰刀的精细刃口,而每转进给更高,以便铰刀切削而不是抛光。冷却液或切削油很重要,因为铰孔产生细小切屑必须冲走;切屑滞留是导致孔划伤和尺寸过大的主要原因。铰刀应稳定进给,绝不能反转,否则会使刃口变钝或崩刃。

刀具状态是决定性的。钝的铰刀会切出过大尺寸,而过大的孔无法用同一刀具再次铰孔来恢复。保持严格 H7 窗口的车间会按计划更换或检查铰刀,而不是用到失效。如果一批开始产生公差带顶部的孔并漂移,铰刀通常是第一个怀疑对象。

何时铰孔是错误选择

当必须修正位置时,铰孔是错误的,因为它不能移动孔。对于断续孔或交叉孔,铰孔是错误的,因为断续切削会损坏铰刀刃口并破坏圆度。对于非常大的孔,镗孔或圆弧铣削更实用。对于需要平底的盲孔,铰孔也是错误的,因为铰刀通常有倒角导引,无法产生尖锐的内角。尽早识别这些情况可以避免无法解决问题的刀具成本。

铰孔的设计规则

标注标准配合而不是任意尺寸——紧定位孔用 H7,允许少量间隙用 H8——因为标准配合让车间选择标准铰刀。保持孔深在标准刀具可达范围内,避免在铣削孔能更便宜地控制位置时指定铰孔通孔。说明孔的功能:定位销、轴承座和间隙孔各自需要不同的公差,将它们全部标为相同要么浪费要么不安全。

说明孔是通孔还是盲孔,以及是否被其他特征交叉钻孔也有帮助。通孔更容易铰孔和冲洗干净;盲孔会滞留切屑,需要小心。被另一个钻孔交叉的孔是断续切削,会损坏铰刀,因此该孔可能需要镗孔。这些细节很少出现在快速询价中,但它们决定工艺,提前提供它们会得到可信的报价,而不是零件切割后修改的报价。
