CNC阳极氧化:类型、颜色及表面处理选择如何影响成本

颜色:您实际能获得的颜色

Type II可吸收多种染料。本色(自然色)、黑色、红色、蓝色、绿色、金色、灰色和定制颜色都是常规操作;染料在封孔前被吸收到多孔层中,因此颜色是涂层的一部分,而非涂在表面。您无法获得的是亮白色(氧化铝是半透明的,所以白色看起来像浅灰色)、金属光泽效果(那是喷漆或PVD),或在不同铝合金之间完美匹配的颜色——6061、6063和7075因合金化学成分不同,染色后会呈现细微色差。
