小型外壳:冲压与机加工对比

每种工艺如何制造外壳

冲压从平板开始,通常厚度为0.3-2.0 mm。连续模或传递模先冲裁外形、冲孔、成形弯曲并拉深壳体,然后通过铆接、焊接、铆压或卡扣折叠并连接角部。模具是一次性投资;一旦模具存在,零件就能快速、低成本地从冲床下线。冲压天然适合薄壁、盒状或盘状、深度适中的外壳。
