每种工艺实际做什么

如果零件在图纸上看起来是扁平的,且截面是矩形,那么几乎肯定是冲压。如果任何尺寸是线材直径,且零件在三维空间中缠绕,那就是线成型。也存在混合工艺——将冲压扁平弹簧点焊到线成型件上,在汽车座椅和电池触点中很常见——同时运行两条生产线的工厂可以在不将组件发给三个供应商的情况下制造这些组件。
