这是冲压弹簧零件的分岔路。预回火带材在最终硬度下冲压,因此模具必须处理1,300+ MPa的材料——硬质合金模具、宽松间隙和宽松弯曲半径。回报是冲压后零热处理、无氧化皮、无变形,零件离开压力机即完成。退火带材像黄油一样冲压,可以承受复杂成形和紧凑半径,然后进行淬火和回火(奥氏体化、淬火、回火到硬度范围)。回报是可成形性;成本是额外的热处理操作、可能需要矫直的潜在变形,以及需要清洁的表面氧化皮。
