冲压金属屏蔽罩与外壳:射频性能与成本

两件式结构——框架在回流焊中焊接,然后盖板卡扣或激光焊接——在量产中占主导地位,因为它提供了测试和返修通道:取下盖板,探测或返修电路,再装回盖板。一体式拉伸或折弯屏蔽罩组装成本更低,接缝更干净,但一旦焊接,内部元件就被密封。深度也是实际限制:在 0.2 mm 壁厚下,拉伸杯深度超过约 5–8 mm 时角部开始变薄,这就是设计师从一体式拉伸转向框架加盖板的地方。
