冲压屏蔽罩的实际作用是什么?

屏蔽罩同时承担三项任务。第一,约束噪声电路辐射的发射,使产品通过 EMC 限值。第二,屏蔽敏感接收器免受外部干扰。第三,通过电路板和屏蔽罩壁为电路提供短而低阻抗的接地回路。

第三项任务是大多数设计失败的地方。接地缝合稀疏的屏蔽罩是天线,不是屏蔽体。行业通用规则很简单:将接地点间距保持在最高频率波长的二十分之一以下。在 2.4 GHz 时,自由空间波长约为 125 mm,因此缝合间距应保持在约 6 mm 或以下。在 5 GHz 时,波长降至约 60 mm,目标收紧至约 3 mm。这些数字是可靠的起点,而非魔法——请用近场探头或暗室扫描验证。

屏蔽罩几何形状如何决定射频性能?

封闭矩形屏蔽罩的谐振频率由其内部尺寸决定。最低阶腔体模式随最长内部尺寸变化,因此较大的腔体谐振频率较低。实践中,您有两个调节手段:高度和占位面积。

增加屏蔽罩高度会降低最低谐振频率,这通常是错误的方向,因为您希望第一谐振频率高于工作频段。压扁屏蔽罩会推高谐振频率。如果您需要更高的屏蔽罩以容纳元件,但无法承受低谐振频率,可以用内部壁将腔体分隔成多个隔间,或添加接地隔板——这会提高有效谐振频率,并改善噪声部分与敏感部分之间的隔离。

通风和散热槽是第二个调谐问题。槽的行为类似于槽天线,其效率随长度接近半波长而上升。保持单个槽长度短——约低于波长的二十分之一——并调整长槽的方向,使其不会排列成一个电学上长的开口。许多屏蔽罩失效仅仅是因为一个面上的三个短通风孔意外形成了一个长孔径。

屏蔽罩的材料与镀层

镀锡钢(SPTE)是主力材料,因为其焊接性好且成本低。铜合金如 C2680 黄铜或磷青铜用于需要接触力而非焊接的弹簧指和卡扣特征。镍银(CuNiZn)常用于需要严格公差且无需镀层即可耐腐蚀的屏蔽罩。

板级连接选项:引脚、卡扣和焊盘

屏蔽罩与电路板的连接方式比冲压本身更决定组装成本。四种方法占主导。

对于 SMT 屏蔽罩,脚平整度和共面度目标通常为 0.05 mm 或更好,屏蔽罩需要至少 3 mm 宽的平坦拾取区域供吸嘴使用。在需要可拆卸返修的情况下,设计一个永久焊接的冲压框架和一个卡入其中的盖子——这样保持密封接地环完整,同时允许掀开盖子。

保持组装清洁的设计规则

在屏蔽罩壁与最高相邻元件之间保持至少 0.3 mm 的禁布区,以免屏蔽罩就位时压坏零件。指定宽松的成形圆角——薄带材在尖角处撕裂,模具需要至少一个材料厚度的圆角才能成形而不开裂。控制底边毛刺,因为焊脚上的毛刺会顶起屏蔽罩并造成开路。

通风孔图案也要考虑模具设计。CAD 中看起来干净的槽图案可能需要模具中的弱桥接,在几千次冲压后断裂。如果需要许多小通风孔,保持槽间桥接至少为带材厚度的 0.8 倍,以保持冲头强度。
