HSK63A空心锥柄与ER夹头孔如何协同工作

HSK63A刀柄并非像BT或CAT那样的陡锥。它采用1/10空心锥度,通过双面接触紧贴主轴端面。这种双面接触设计在10,000+ RPM下提供更高的抗弯刚度和更好的重复定位精度。我们的夹头将该锥柄与加工至8°包含角的ER夹头孔配合。当您拧紧螺母时,ER夹头均匀收缩,以三条接触线夹持刀具柄部。我们在热处理后磨削夹头孔,确保夹头无摆动安装。如果您的转速超过15,000 RPM,请咨询我们的G2.5平衡选项——我们可以平衡至25 g·mm或更优。

我们使用的材料和热处理工艺,确保刀柄长寿命

我们采用8620合金钢制造本体,而非廉价的4140。HSK锥度和ER夹头孔需要表面硬化以提高耐磨性,但芯部必须保持韧性以吸收振动。我们将毛坯渗碳至0.8–1.2 mm的硬化层深度,然后淬火回火至58–62 HRC。之后,磨削锥度和夹头孔。螺母上的螺纹是独立部件——我们使用40CrMo并进行氮化处理至65 HRC表面硬度,确保500多次换刀后螺纹不会磨损。ER夹头本身不是我们的产品——您自行提供或我们采购您指定的品牌。夹头本体、螺母和锁紧螺钉均由中国东莞的精密制造生产线制造。

每次发货前的检验:TIR、平衡和表面光洁度

没有夹头在未附完整检验报告的情况下离开我们的东莞工厂。我们使用三坐标测量机(CMM)按照DIN 69893标准检查HSK锥度——这意味着锥角在AT3公差范围内。我们将夹头安装在测试心轴上,在3个位置测量TIR:鼻端、50 mm处和100 mm处。读数必须分别≤ 0.005 mm、0.008 mm和0.012 mm。我们使用轮廓仪测量锥度表面光洁度——目标Ra 0.4 µm。对于平衡单元,我们在Schenck机器上以20,000 RPM进行G2.5平衡测试。每个单元在法兰上激光打标序列号,报告为PDF签名版。

平衡和螺母扭矩:忽略这两点会缩短刀具寿命

您可能拥有一个完美的0.005 mm TIR夹头,但如果您用普通扳手而非扭矩扳手拧紧螺母,夹头就会偏移。我们在螺母本体上刻有扭矩规格——请务必使用。对于ER32,扭矩为90–110 N·m。对于ER16,为35–45 N·m。过度拧紧会使夹头孔变形。其次,如果您的转速超过12,000 RPM,请订购平衡版本。不平衡的夹头会产生同步振动,破坏表面光洁度并损坏主轴轴承。我们的标准夹头平衡至G6.3;选项为G2.5。对于铝或石墨的高速铣削,这不是可选项。
