每个夹头都经过三阶段检验流程。首先,我们使用着色剂对照主规检查 BT50 锥度——接触必须至少为 90% 连续。其次,我们使用 10 mm 测试棒在 4 倍直径投影处测量夹头座的 TIR;读数必须 ≤0.005 mm。第三,我们使用洛氏硬度计验证锥度和螺母的硬度,并将数值记录在检验证书上。

为何重型意味着更厚的壁和更强的螺纹

标准 ER32 夹头在夹头袋处的壁厚约为 6 mm。我们的重型版本将其增加到 9 mm。额外的 3 mm 钢材增加了 15% 的径向刚度,直接减少了断续切削中的颤振。锁紧螺母采用梯形螺纹轮廓而非标准 V 形螺纹。这将螺纹表面接触增加了 30%,允许您以更高扭矩拧紧螺母而不滑丝。

我们还标准平衡每个夹头至 G2.5 @ 10,000 RPM。对于 12,000 RPM 以上的高速加工,我们提供可选的动态平衡至 G2.5 @ 20,000 RPM。这不是营销宣传——每件产品均附带平衡报告。更厚的壁和更大的螺母意味着此夹头比标准版本更重,因此请检查您的换刀装置容量。典型重量为 2.8 kg(BT50 ER32,60 mm 投影长度)。

BT50 投影长度及定制配置

我们备有 60 mm、90 mm 和 120 mm 的标准投影长度。对于特殊应用,我们可以加工 40 mm 至 200 mm 的定制长度,但请注意,刚度会随长度增加而下降。我们还提供带中心管的内冷型变体,可将冷却液直接输送至切削刃——而不仅仅是围绕夹头。这对于深孔钻削至关重要,因为淹没式冷却液无法到达排屑槽。
