ISO30锥度与ER20弹簧夹头为何协同提升刚性

ISO30锥度为7:24陡锥,非自锁锥度。它依靠拉杆将刀柄拉入主轴端面,实现可重复的轴向定位。ER20弹簧夹头夹持直径范围为20 mm(1 mm至13 mm),其8槽设计可围绕刀柄均匀收缩。两者结合,可最大限度减少侧向载荷下的偏转。在我们工厂测试中,一把12 mm立铣刀装夹在该刀柄上,悬伸45 mm,在400 N切削力下偏转小于0.01 mm。

我们用于刀体和螺帽的材料及热处理工艺

刀体采用20CrMnTi合金钢,这是一种渗碳钢,而非廉价的45#钢。CNC车削和铣削后,我们将其渗碳至0.8-1.2 mm的硬化层深度。随后进行淬火和回火,芯部硬度达HRC 35-40,表面硬度达HRC 58-60。夹头螺帽采用40CrMo制成,淬硬至HRC 42-45,螺纹采用滚压而非切削加工,以确保啮合更顺畅并延长螺帽寿命。锥度不镀层;我们在热处理后研磨锥度,以避免变形。

我们如何将跳动控制在0.005 mm TIR以内

弹簧夹头刀柄的跳动来源于三个部位:锥度、夹头孔和螺帽螺纹。我们在外圆磨床上一次装夹中同时研磨ISO30锥度和ER20夹头孔,确保夹头座与锥度的同心度在0.003 mm以内。然后使用测试夹头和10 mm量棒进行组装。最终在鼻端4倍直径处的TIR通过HAIMER式测试仪测量。若读数超过0.005 mm,则判定为不合格。我们还会在螺帽高点用激光打点标记,便于您首次安装时定向螺帽以实现最小跳动。

每次发货前的检验:我们测量和记录的内容

每支刀柄均附完整检验报告,而非随机抽检。我们使用气动量仪测量锥度角(精度±5角秒),使用塞规检查夹头孔直径,使用螺纹环规验证螺帽螺纹螺距,并在测试证书上记录实际跳动值。您还将获得洛氏硬度测试打印报告。如需包含3D扫描数据的完整CMM报告,每件额外收费15美元。

高速加工动平衡选项(G2.5 vs G6.3)

标准刀柄在10,000 RPM下平衡至G6.3,适用于大多数铣削和钻孔加工。但若转速超过12,000 RPM,刀柄振动会在工件上表现为振纹。我们提供20,000 RPM下G2.5平衡等级的选配。我们通过组装后在螺帽法兰上钻削小型径向孔来实现。每件额外收费8美元。对于航空航天或模具加工中的铝件加工,我们建议您选择此选项。我们现场配备Schenck动平衡机,此工序不外协。

定制选项:法兰槽、内冷孔和拉钉

我们可在法兰上加工定位槽,用于自动换刀装置——宽度6 mm,深度3 mm,位置按您的图纸要求。对于内冷功能,我们在中心钻削4 mm轴向孔,并使用带冷却槽的密封ER20弹簧夹头。这常见于深孔钻削。我们还提供拉钉(MAS BT、DIN 69872或定制),预装不另收人工费。拉钉淬硬至HRC 50-54,并以35 Nm扭矩配合螺纹锁固胶拧紧。只需告知您的主轴品牌和型号,我们将匹配拉钉长度。
