1:10锥度和开槽夹头如何消除刀具打滑

ER8夹头在夹头内孔和夹头外锥上均采用1:10锥角。当您拧紧夹头螺母时,夹头被轴向压入夹头体,压缩夹头内孔周围的八条纵向槽。这会在刀柄周围产生均匀的径向夹紧力——而非仅在两三个点上。对于2.0 mm立铣刀刀柄,夹持扭矩为1.8 N·m,即使在40,000 RPM下进行断续切削也能防止刀具拉出。

螺母采用精密磨削螺纹(ISO M8 x 0.75)和硬化推力垫圈面加工而成。螺母采用左旋螺纹方向以匹配主轴旋转方向,因此在切削载荷下螺母会越拧越紧,而非松动。夹头槽采用拉削而非铣削加工,确保槽宽一致性在0.01 mm以内——这保证了夹头瓣的对称性,防止因夹紧不均导致跳动。

材料选择:为何选用8620钢而非12L14或303不锈钢

许多廉价夹头采用易切削12L14钢车削而成,这种材料较软,在数千次换刀后即磨损。我们为夹头体和夹头螺母均选用AISI 8620合金钢。8620是一种低碳合金钢,渗碳性能优异——我们将其表面硬化至0.6–0.8 mm深度,表面硬度达58–62 HRC。芯部保持韧性(35–40 HRC),因此夹头在反复夹紧和松开循环的冲击下不会开裂。

对于夹头本身,我们使用弹簧钢(65Mn),硬度为44–48 HRC。这是一个经过深思熟虑的选择——如果夹头与夹头体一样硬,则在夹持超大刀柄时会变脆并开裂。65Mn赋予夹头所需的回弹性,使其在松开刀具后恢复至原始孔径。螺母同样采用8620钢,螺纹侧面硬化至50–55 HRC,以防止用扳手拧紧时发生咬合。

表面光洁度与磨削:我们如何控制Ra值和跳动

我们在热处理后对所有功能表面进行磨削。夹头鼻端的1:10锥面磨削公差为角度±0.002 mm、同心度±0.003 mm。夹头螺母螺纹采用CNC螺纹磨床磨削而非丝锥攻丝,因此中径误差小于0.005 mm。密封孔(夹头座落处)经珩磨至Ra 0.2 µm,以最大程度减少夹头压缩时的摩擦。

我们还将每套夹头和螺母组件在30,000 RPM下平衡至G2.5等级。对于高速主轴,不平衡会引起振动并传递至刀具尖端。我们在螺母上用激光打点标记重侧,以便您相对于主轴现有的平衡校正进行定位。标准表面光洁度为锥面Ra 0.4 µm、外体Ra 0.8 µm——不做装饰性抛光,因为这对性能毫无增益。

ER8尺寸范围及与标准夹头的兼容性

我们的ER8夹头在尺寸上与Rego-Fix、ER和DA等品牌的所有标准ER8刀柄可互换。螺纹尺寸为M8 x 0.75,鼻端锥面长度为9.0 mm,夹头总长度为31.5 mm(短款)或40 mm(标准款)。我们提供直柄(直径6 mm至10 mm)和螺纹柄两种样式,以适应不同的主轴接口。

夹头孔径范围为1.0 mm至5.0 mm,以0.5 mm递增。每个夹头的夹持范围为标称孔径的-0.5 mm至+0.1 mm——因此3.0 mm夹头可夹持2.5 mm至3.1 mm的刀柄。这是标准ER8规格,但我们使用气动量仪测量每个夹头的自由态孔径,确保其在标称值±0.01 mm以内。如果您需要非标孔径(例如2.35 mm用于公制-英制混合刀柄),我们可以按要求进行CNC钻孔和铰孔——交期增加2天。

每批出货前检验:CMM报告和跳动测试

没有完整的检验报告,我们不会发出任何ER8套装。每套夹头和螺母均在蔡司CMM上检测锥角、螺纹螺距、同心度和孔径。然后我们使用测试棒(一根硬化并研磨的3.0 mm销钉)组装整套,并测量鼻端、距鼻端10 mm处和距鼻端20 mm处的跳动。我们允许的最大跳动为鼻端0.003 mm、20 mm处0.005 mm——如果超出该范围,则返回磨床重新加工。

我们还对每个夹头进行100次夹紧循环测试:将测试棒夹紧和释放100次,然后重新测量跳动。如果跳动变化超过0.001 mm,该夹头即被判定不合格。这是因为弹簧钢在反复夹紧后可能疲劳,磨损的夹头会导致刀具跳动随时间增加。我们的不合格率低于1.5%,并在您的订单历史中记录每套合格品的序列号。
