ER弹簧夹头如何无跳动夹持刀具

BT30锥柄按AT3级磨削,与主轴的接触面积至少达到90%——无晃动、无振动。内部,ER弹簧夹头座相对于锥柄的同心度加工至0.003mm。拧紧锁紧螺母时,夹头围绕刀柄均匀压缩,而非仅在两点受力。这种设计消除了普通刀柄在3倍径悬伸量下出现的跳动。您可以在12,000 RPM转速下使用立铣刀,TIR跳动仅为0.005mm,与标准刀柄相比,刀具寿命延长30%。

我们使用的材料与热处理工艺

我们采用20CrMnTi合金钢,而非廉价的45#碳钢。毛坯经锻造后退火以消除内应力。CNC加工后,表面渗碳深度为0.8-1.2mm。芯部保持韧性,硬度HRC 35-40,而表面硬度达到HRC 58-62。这种组合可防止锥柄在重切削载荷下变形。锁紧螺母采用40Cr材质,淬硬至HRC 40-45,螺纹采用滚压而非车削加工,表面更光滑,疲劳强度更高。

每次发货前的检验流程

每一件产品均经过5步检验。首先,BT30锥柄在三坐标测量机上对照标准规进行检测——AT3公差意味着整个锥柄长度上的误差为0.005mm。其次,测量ER弹簧夹头内孔的圆度,误差在0.002mm以内。第三,我们使用精密测试棒组装刀柄,测量鼻端跳动:最大0.005mm TIR。第四,使用粗糙度仪验证表面粗糙度:锥柄Ra 0.4,刀体Ra 0.8。第五,测试锁紧螺母扭矩——必须在70-80 Nm范围内发出咔嗒声,不多不少。每批订单随附完整的检验报告。

BT30锥柄尺寸与主轴兼容性

BT30锥柄符合JIS B6339标准,大端直径为30mm,锥度为1:29.4。拉钉螺纹为M12,我们标配供应拉钉——可选MAS BT或DIN 69872样式。ER32版本总长为105mm,ER40版本为120mm。该刀柄适用于任何采用标准BT30接口的主轴,包括Brother、Fanuc、Mazak和Haas等使用BT30主轴的机床。如果您的主轴使用不同长度的拉钉,请告知我们,我们将免费调整螺纹深度。

表面处理与涂层选项

标准表面处理为发黑处理,尺寸变化仅为0.005mm——不足以影响锥柄配合。如果您需要更好的耐腐蚀性或更低的摩擦系数,我们提供化学镀镍(Ra 0.2)以及可减少60%切屑焊接的TiN涂层。对于15,000 RPM以上的高速加工,请选择TiAlN涂层版本——可承受800°C的切削温度而不损失硬度。涂层在最终磨削后施加,因此不会改变锥柄几何形状。

交期与出口包装

200件以内的标准交期为7个工作日。对于较大订单(最多1,000件),我们需要15个工作日。每件刀柄均单独包裹防锈纸,放入带泡沫内衬的塑料盒中,再装入5层瓦楞纸箱。对于海运,我们额外放置防潮干燥剂袋并增加真空密封外层。即使在运输途中经过30天,您打开包装时也不会发现锈蚀或划痕。
