ER弹簧夹头如何无跳动夹持刀具

ER弹簧夹头的工作原理是将带槽套筒压缩在刀具柄部周围。BT40锥度座入主轴,拉杆将夹头向后拉,迫使ER16弹簧夹头均匀闭合。关键在于8度内锥角——我们将此座面研磨至0.003mm圆度。如果座面偏差,弹簧夹头会变形,切削刃处就会出现跳动。

我们采用单点镗削工艺加工弹簧夹头腔体,而非铰削。这使得锥面表面粗糙度达到Ra 0.4,弹簧夹头内孔达到Ra 0.8。螺母螺纹采用滚压而非车削,因此当您以60 Nm扭矩锁紧时不会产生磨损。您会在零件加工质量上看到差异:更少的振纹、更好的孔位精度、更长的刀具寿命。

我们使用的材料与热处理工艺

我们选用40CrMo4(AISI 4140)钢材,附带钢厂材质证明。毛坯经粗车去除氧化皮,然后在650°C下进行去应力退火以消除内应力。之后,我们使用真空炉淬硬至HRC 58-62——这可以防止锥面脱碳。最终磨削工序在Studer万能磨床上完成,冷却液过滤精度达5微米。

您不会在锥面上发现软点,因为我们在淬硬后进行磨削,而非之前。每件产品均使用洛氏硬度计检测硬度,并将数值记录在检验报告中。对于腐蚀性环境,我们提供可选的黑氧化处理,不影响锥度几何精度。表面硬度从表面至1.5mm深度均匀一致,因此后续可对锥面进行重新修磨。

每支BT40 ER16夹头在包装前均经过5步检验。首先,我们使用精密气动量仪检查锥度角度。其次,使用内径千分尺测量弹簧夹头座直径。第三,插入10mm测试棒并施加60 Nm扭矩测试跳动。第四,验证锥面和螺母螺纹的硬度。第五,对锥面进行着色渗透探伤,以发现微裂纹。

为什么我们的BT40 ER16刀柄优于进口品牌

我们从事刀柄加工已有20年,深知廉价刀柄的失效原因:锥度在淬硬前研磨,或弹簧夹头座采用铰削而非镗削。这两点我们都不采用。我们的锥度在淬硬后研磨,弹簧夹头座采用单点镗削。结果是,即使经过1000次换刀,刀柄仍能保持0.005mm跳动精度——这已在我们自己的铣削中心得到验证。
