为什么TG100在重切削中优于ER夹头

TG100夹头采用锥形夹持面,拧紧螺母时将刀柄拉回刀柄主体中。这形成了一种机械锁定,在高进给率下抵抗拉出。每个夹头的夹持范围为±0.5 mm,而ER为±1.0 mm,这意味着更小的跳动和更高的重复精度。对于20 mm刀柄,TG100提供的夹持扭矩是同等ER40系统的2–3倍。如果您的主轴转速超过8,000 RPM,或刀具负载超过主轴功率的50%,TG100是更安全的选择。

我们使用的材料和热处理

我们用8620渗碳钢加工刀柄主体,然后进行表面硬化处理至HRC 58–62,渗碳层深度为0.8–1.2 mm。夹头本身由65Mn弹簧钢制成,热处理至HRC 44–48以获得弹性,然后对内径和外径进行磨削。螺母采用4140铬钼钢,硬化至HRC 38–42,表面黑色氧化处理以提高耐腐蚀性。我们不用1215易切削钢制造主体,因为它无法在热处理后保持所需的硬度。每批产品在三个点进行硬度测试:鼻端、锥面和后法兰。

我们如何在每个单元上保持0.005 mm跳动

跳动不是单点测量。我们在外圆磨床上一次装夹中磨削内锥面、鼻端孔和后法兰。这确保了锥面轴线和法兰轴线在0.003 mm内同轴。然后我们使用标准测试棒组装刀柄,并在三个位置测量TIR:距鼻端30 mm、60 mm和100 mm处。任何在30 mm处超过0.005 mm或100 mm处超过0.008 mm的单元都会被拒收。测试棒是硬化磨削的20 mm H6刀柄,按ISO 1947追溯。

每次发货前的检验

每个刀柄在包装前都经过9点检验。我们检查:用正弦规检查锥角,用孔径规检查鼻端孔径,用轮廓仪检查表面粗糙度,用洛氏硬度计检查硬度,用分辨率为0.002 mm的千分表检查跳动,检查螺母的螺纹螺距、轴向间隙、径向间隙和平衡重量。每次发货都附带尺寸报告,包括序列号和测量值。如果您要求,我们会添加锥面和孔的CMM报告,但标准报告涵盖了安装和夹持的所有关键尺寸。

表面粗糙度和防腐蚀保护

内锥面磨削至Ra 0.2 µm或更好。外径车削至Ra 0.8 µm,然后进行黑色氧化处理以防止运输和储存过程中的生锈。夹头槽采用激光切割并去毛刺,然后在夹持面上抛光至Ra 0.4 µm。包装前,我们在锥面和螺纹上涂一层轻质防咬合剂。如果您在潮湿环境中运行,对于50件以上的订单,我们可以免费在螺母上添加锌镍镀层。

全球运输的交期和包装

对于最大42 mm刀柄容量的尺寸,标准交期为15天。1–10件订单在15天内发货;11–50件订单在20天内发货。我们将每个刀柄包装在带泡沫衬里的塑料盒中,然后放入带干燥剂的密封塑料袋中。对于出口,我们使用带护角的5层纸箱。空运到美国或欧洲需要5–7天;海运需要25–35天。去年我们已发货到30多个国家,准时交付率为99.2%。

高速主轴平衡选项

对于12,000 RPM以上的主轴,我们提供G2.5等级的平衡选项。我们在后法兰上加工一个平衡环,并在组装后钻径向孔以去除材料。平衡过程需要额外2天,50件以下每件增加$8。对于标准单元,我们平衡至G6.3,这足以满足8,000 RPM以下的主轴。如果您的应用运行在15,000 RPM以上,我们建议改用液压刀柄,但TG100在G2.5等级下,在短刀具悬伸情况下可工作至20,000 RPM。

我们常备的常见尺寸和定制选项

我们常备TG100刀柄,锥柄类型包括CAT40、CAT50、BT30、BT40、BT50、HSK63A和HSK100A。3 mm至42 mm的刀柄孔径,最常见尺寸(6、8、10、12、16、20、25、32 mm)有现货。像Capto C5或C6这样的定制锥柄需要7天的工程审核和20天的生产周期。我们还可以修改法兰直径或在中心添加最大5 mm的内冷孔。发送您的图纸,我们将在12小时内确认定制功能。

热处理和变形控制

如果钢材在加工前未进行正火处理,表面硬化会导致变形。我们在925°C下对每个锻件进行正火,然后粗加工,再在650°C下进行去应力处理,最后精磨。这个顺序防止锥面在硬化过程中变成椭圆形。磨削后,我们在正弦板上测量锥角;公差为每50 mm长度±0.0005 mm。如果变形超过此范围,我们拒收该零件并重新生产。该产品线的废品率为0.7%,低于行业平均的2%。
