我们采用 8620 钢材加工,渗碳处理至表面硬度 HRC 58–60,然后在 Studer S41 磨床上精磨锥度和内孔。标准尺寸交期 15 天,定制长度 20 天。此零件在中国制造,但 QC 流程遵循 ISO 9001:2015 和 ASME B5.50 标准(针对 BT40 锥度)。

为什么 ER 弹簧夹头刀柄在跳动控制上优于立铣刀刀柄

ER 夹头利用锥度(每侧 8°)将弹簧夹头紧箍在刀具柄部周围。BT40 锥度本身为 7/24(包含角 16.26°),可在主轴中自定心。两者结合,可抵消大部分夹紧变形。立铣刀刀柄依赖紧定螺钉,这会将刀具推离中心 0.01–0.03 mm。我们的 ER 夹头使刀具在整个圆周上保持完全接触。

ER20 弹簧夹头范围覆盖 1–13 mm——即 #0–#8 立铣刀、大多数钻头和铰刀。一个刀柄可替代五个立铣刀刀柄。夹紧螺母硬化至 HRC 50,背面带有锯齿面,可锁定在刀柄体上,防止在重载断续切削下松动。

我们用于 BT40 刀柄的材料和热处理工艺

我们采用 AISI 8620 合金钢(0.18% C、0.55% Ni、0.50% Cr、0.20% Mo)。这不是廉价的 1045 钢。8620 钢渗碳深度均匀,形成耐磨表层(深度 0.8–1.2 mm),芯部坚韧,硬度 HRC 30–35。芯部吸收冲击;表层抵抗换刀引起的微动磨损。

热处理顺序:在 925°C 下渗碳 6 小时,油淬,在 180°C 下回火 2 小时。锥度和夹头座的最终硬度为 HRC 58–60。拉钉(MAS BT-403)单独硬化至 HRC 42–45——在拉杆力作用下,它必须轻微弯曲而非断裂。

锥度表面光洁度为 Ra 0.2 µm(磨削),夹头座为 Ra 0.4 µm(研磨)。外体采用黑色氧化处理,厚度 2–3 µm,提供耐腐蚀性且不增加尺寸。

加工顺序——我们如何保证 0.005 mm 跳动

步骤 1:CNC 车削毛坯,所有关键表面留 0.5 mm 余量。步骤 2:钻孔并攻丝拉钉孔(M16)。步骤 3:渗碳和淬火。步骤 4:粗磨 BT40 锥度(7/24)至 0.02 mm 以内。步骤 5:在 150°C 下时效处理 4 小时。步骤 6:在带在线测量的 CNC 外圆磨床上精磨锥度——这是锁定 0.005 mm 跳动的关键步骤。步骤 7:用线切割加工夹头座,公差 +0.005 mm,然后手工研磨座面。

每一步都在经过校准的机器上进行。我们的三坐标测量机(Zeiss Contura)检查锥度角至 ±2 角秒。如果您需要比 0.005 mm 更严格的公差,我们可以按要求磨削至 0.003 mm——但这会增加 3 天交期和 15% 成本。

拉钉拧紧至 35 N·m 并打上油漆标记。我们还测试动平衡——标准为 12,000 RPM 下 G6.3;高速加工可选 G2.5。您将收到一份带序列号和实际测量值的签名检验证书。
