TG150弹簧夹头如何实现无径向位移的刀具锁紧

TG150系统采用锥形弹簧夹头,被拉入匹配的15度内锥孔中。当您拧紧锁紧螺母时,弹簧夹头围绕刀柄均匀径向压缩。这不是弹簧夹头;它是一种开槽厚壁套筒,能够产生刚性、全长的夹持力。结果是在拧紧过程中零径向位移,这就是我们能在4xD悬伸长度下保持0.005 mm TIR的原因。与ER弹簧夹头不同,TG150弹簧夹头具有更长的夹持面(可达刀柄直径的2.5倍),可减少深腔铣削中的振动和颤振。

重型铣削的坯料选择与渗碳工艺

我们选用20CrMnTi,而非易切削的12L14。材料经过锻造以细化晶粒结构,然后进行CNC车削和铣削。加工完成后,每个刀柄都经过920°C、6小时的气体渗碳处理,随后进行油淬和低温回火。这产生0.8–1.2 mm的渗碳层深度和HRC 58-62的表面硬度。芯部保持HRC 35-40的韧性,使刀柄能够吸收断续切削的冲击而不开裂。我们不对内孔进行硬铬电镀;而是在热处理后磨削内孔,以保持真实的几何精度。

实现0.005 mm TIR的磨削顺序

热处理会使钢材变形。我们通过严格的磨削顺序来解决这一问题。首先,磨削外锥面和背面。然后,将刀柄安装在精密心轴上,以已磨削的锥面为基准磨削内孔。锥角精度控制在±0.0002弧度。内孔磨削至Ra 0.4 µm的表面光洁度。磨削后,我们使用0.001 mm的千分表在两个位置检查跳动:鼻端和距鼻端100 mm处。如果任一读数超过0.005 mm,该零件将被拒收并重新磨削。

螺纹和锁紧螺母规格,确保重复夹持精度

锁紧螺母不是通用的现成零件。它采用40Cr钢CNC加工,热处理至HRC 45-50。内螺纹切削至2B级配合精度,外夹持面经过滚花处理,即使戴油手套也能牢固握持。我们在测试时以120 Nm的扭矩预紧螺母,但该刀柄额定可连续运行至200 Nm。螺纹螺距为1.5 mm,这意味着螺母每旋转一整圈,弹簧夹头压缩1.5 mm——足以夹持公差范围为-0.01 mm至-0.05 mm的刀柄。我们附带一个硬化止退螺钉,以防止弹簧夹头在高轴向力下被推出。

每次发货前的检验:气动量仪和硬度测试

每一件TG150刀柄都经过检验,而非仅抽样测试。我们使用气动量仪测量内孔直径,分辨率为0.001 mm。内孔必须在标称尺寸的+0.005 mm / +0.010 mm范围内。我们在本体上三个点进行洛氏C标尺硬度测试。我们通过对着标准规进行蓝油测试来验证弹簧夹头锥度。最后,我们进行功能测试:夹持测试棒,测量TIR,并将数值记录在检验报告中。该报告随货附在包装箱中。我们在质量体系中保留副本10年。

表面光洁度和涂层:Ra 0.4 µm及可选氮化处理

内孔磨削至Ra 0.4 µm,以减少与刀柄的摩擦并防止咬合。外体表面光洁度为Ra 0.8 µm。标准产品无涂层,但我们提供低温氮化处理(非TiN),可将表面硬度提高至HRC 65,并将摩擦系数降低至0.15。这推荐用于不锈钢加工或使用高氯含量冷却液时。氮化层厚度为0.02 mm,不影响内孔公差。我们不提供化学镀镍,因为它会在锥面上堆积并破坏同心度。

高转速加工的平衡和速度限制

我们标准地将每个刀柄在10,000 RPM下平衡至G2.5等级。如果您运行速度超过15,000 RPM,我们提供可选的动态平衡至G1.0 @ 20,000 RPM。平衡在灵敏度为0.1 g·mm的硬支承平衡机上进行。我们从背面的专用平衡环上去除材料,而不是从锥面或内孔。标准版本的不平衡量限制在0.2 g·mm。对于63 mm直径的刀柄,这对应于在平衡刀具组件下最大安全速度为25,000 RPM。
