R8锥度与ER夹头系统的协同工作原理

R8锥度为16度51分包含角,是Bridgeport型及许多立式铣床的标准配置。我们的刀柄采用42CrMo钢材,经去应力处理后,通过CNC车削和磨削加工成精确的R8外形。ER夹头孔经过精密镗削和研磨,可适配ER16、ER25、ER32或ER40夹头——订购时请选择所需尺寸。硬化R8锥度与柔性ER夹头的组合,可同时提供轴向定位和径向夹紧力。这意味着刀具与主轴同心运转,而不仅仅是接近同心。

我们采用一体式本体设计,无螺纹转接件或粘接接头,消除了公差累积。夹头螺母经过硬化处理并涂覆耐磨涂层,确保重复锁紧扭矩一致,且螺纹不会发生咬合。每个刀柄均经过G2.5动平衡测试,转速为20,000 RPM,覆盖市场上大多数铣床主轴。

材料、热处理及表面处理规格

我们选用42CrMo4(相当于AISI 4140)棒料。粗加工后,进行油淬和回火处理,工作表面硬度达到58-60 HRC。拉杆螺纹采用滚压而非切削加工,以避免应力集中。锥面和夹头孔在外圆磨床上磨削,然后珩磨至表面粗糙度Ra 0.4 µm或更优。外径精车至Ra 1.6 µm,既光滑便于排屑和安全操作,又保持足够的摩擦力以便扳手夹持。

每个刀柄在热处理后均进行磁粉裂纹检测。任何存在微裂纹的零件一律拒收,绝无例外。最终钝化层采用黑氧化处理,提供耐腐蚀性能且不影响尺寸。如果您需要其他表面处理——如锌镍、化学镍或不处理——我们也可以提供,但标准产品默认发货为黑氧化处理。

每件发货前的检测——我们测量什么及原因

我们不依赖批次抽检。每个R8夹头刀柄均经过最终检测,每件耗时15分钟。首先,使用精密气动量仪检查R8锥度——接触角和直线度必须与图纸匹配,误差在0.002 mm以内。然后将刀柄安装在测试心轴上,使用分辨率为0.001 mm的千分表测量距鼻端25 mm处夹头孔的TIR。如果读数超过0.005 mm,该刀柄将返回磨削工位,而非进入包装箱。

我们还使用通止规验证拉杆螺纹的配合度,并检查夹头螺母的扭矩重复性。插入测试夹头并锁紧至80 N·m,然后取下——确认夹头完全就位且螺母可自由旋转无卡滞。最后,每个产品均带有序列号和签名检测报告,您可在下单时索取。这就是我们坚守精密制造承诺的方式:用数据说话,而非空口承诺。

适用铣床及加工场景
