TG150锥面如何实现无跳动锁紧刀具

TG150弹簧夹头刀柄采用与TG150夹头系列匹配的15度内锥面。当您拧紧锁紧螺母时,夹头被轴向拉入锥面,其槽口径向压缩到刀具柄部上。这形成了360度全周夹持——不同于依赖弹簧作用的ER夹头——因此刀具在重轴向载荷下保持同心。结果是,在距鼻端4倍刀具直径处,TIR(总指示跳动)为0.005 mm或更优,每件产品在发货前均经过测量。

我们使用的材料和热处理工艺确保刀柄长寿命

我们采用AISI 4140铬钼钢加工刀柄本体,在CNC车削前预硬化至28-32 HRC。加工后,我们对整个本体进行氮化处理,渗层深度0.3 mm,表面硬度达到58-62 HRC。这种组合为您提供了能够吸收断续切削冲击的坚韧芯部和能够承受数千次刀具更换的耐磨表面。锁紧螺母采用20CrMnTi材质,渗碳至58-62 HRC,螺纹在热处理后磨削加工,保持6H级配合精度。

每件发货前的检测:跳动、硬度和动平衡

每件TG150弹簧夹头刀柄在我们的QC实验室经过五步检测。首先,我们使用三坐标测量机(CMM)检查锥面角度,确保其与TG150标准匹配,精度在±0.0025 mm以内。其次,我们使用精密主轴和0.001 mm千分表测试跳动——如果鼻端跳动超过0.005 mm,则返回返工。第三,我们在本体三个点使用洛氏硬度计验证硬度。第四,我们在12,000 RPM下将刀柄平衡至G2.5等级。最后,我们使用校准扭矩扳手测试锁紧螺母扭矩,确认其达到45 Nm且无卡滞。

为什么重型CNC加工需要TG150而非ER夹头

ER夹头在高扭矩下会塌陷。其薄壁会弯曲,导致刀具拉出和振颤。TG150夹头具有更厚的壁截面——比相同夹持范围的ER32多约40%的材料——这意味着它可以传递更高的扭矩而不会出现刀具打滑。在我们自己的车间中,我们在4140钢中以8,000 RPM转速、3 mm切深运行20 mm硬质合金立铣刀。TG150刀柄在200次走刀后仍保持刀具无 measurable 跳动变化。相同条件下的ER32夹头则显示出0.02 mm的跳动增长和刀具柄部上的可见磨损痕迹。
