每只夹头均采用20CrMnTi渗碳钢加工,经过磨削和去应力处理,可在不产生偏斜的情况下承受高负荷切削。混合孔径设计意味着您可以在数秒内切换棒料尺寸,而非数分钟,与多轴自动车床上的专用夹头相比,可减少约40%的装夹时间。

混合孔径几何结构如何防止棒料打滑

该系列涵盖12种孔径,每种具有0.1 mm夹持范围(例如6.0–6.1 mm、12.0–12.1 mm)。孔径锥角为每侧30°,与标准自动车床主轴匹配,无需垫片即可完全就位。每只夹头有三个纵向槽,采用线切割EDM加工——而非铣削——从而在整个长度上实现均匀的径向压缩。这意味着圆棒保持圆形,六角棒的对边尺寸保持在0.01 mm以内。

我们用于实现60 HRC接触表面的材料与热处理工艺

我们采用20CrMnTi合金钢,这是精密制造中夹头的标准材料,因为它渗碳均匀且耐磨。毛坯经CNC车削至距最终尺寸0.02 mm以内,然后在920°C下渗碳4小时,达到0.8–1.2 mm的渗碳层深度。经油淬和180°C回火后,表面硬度为58–60 HRC,而芯部保持35–40 HRC以获得韧性——因此夹头在侧向载荷下不会开裂。

对于孔径和锥面,我们使用CBN砂轮磨削,将孔径公差控制在0.005 mm,锥角误差控制在0.003 mm。最终表面光洁度为孔径Ra 0.4 µm、外锥面Ra 0.8 µm,这可减少主轴座内的摩擦,并将刀具寿命延长15–20%。

跳动控制:为什么0.005 mm TIR对自动车床至关重要

每次发货前的检验:我们测量和记录的内容

混合孔径系列中的每只夹头在包装前均经过5点检验。首先,我们使用气动量规测量孔径——精度为±0.001 mm。其次,我们使用正弦规和千分表检查锥角,验证其在30角秒以内。第三,我们在精密心轴上测试跳动,记录实际TIR值。第四,我们使用洛氏硬度计检查表面硬度,确认58–60 HRC。第五,我们使用光学比较仪验证槽深和槽宽。

检验报告随订单一起发货——无需额外费用,无需申请。我们还会从每批生产中保留一件样品12个月,以备您需要质量审核的可追溯性。这是我们在东莞工厂的标准做法,而非增值服务。

针对特定棒料材质的定制孔径和涂层

如果您的棒料超出标准1–32 mm范围,我们可以加工0.5 mm至40 mm范围内的任意孔径,并保持相同的±0.005 mm公差。定制孔径会增加5天交货期,因为我们需要编写新的磨削程序。对于不锈钢或钛合金棒料,我们提供孔径表面的TiN涂层(厚度2–3 µm)——可减少咬合现象并将夹头寿命延长一倍。涂层每只夹头增加$4.50,交货期增加3天。

我们还制造用于带台阶零件的阶梯孔径——夹头夹持较大直径,而较小直径穿过。只需发送标注两个直径和台阶位置的图纸,其余交给我们处理。这常见于阀杆和液压接头。

为什么我们的东莞工厂将槽宽控制在±0.01 mm

每只夹头上的三个槽采用线切割EDM加工,槽宽可保持在0.8 mm ±0.01 mm。这一精度至关重要,因为槽宽变化会改变夹紧力分布。如果某个槽较宽,夹头会不均匀闭合,导致零件偏斜。我们用销规组测量每只夹头的槽宽,任何超出±0.01 mm的夹头都会被拒收。这是我们的夹头在整个生产批次中保持稳定夹紧力的原因之一——我们使用拉杆模拟器上的扭矩传感器在自己的测试实验室中进行了验证。
