为何28型夹头采用开槽内孔而非六角分体设计

28型夹头并非六角夹头。它采用三条或六条纵向槽,由数控车削后经线切割加工而成。当拉管将其拉回时,可实现均匀的径向收缩。槽宽为0.8 mm,槽底设有0.2 mm圆角,以防止应力裂纹。直径3 mm至28 mm的圆棒料可在80%的内孔长度上被夹持,从而减少高速车削时的振动。我们使用PCD刀片在一次装夹中加工内孔,然后进行珩磨至最终尺寸。因此,我们能在鼻端保持0.005 mm的跳动,而不仅仅是在柄部。

适用于28 mm棒料的材料与热处理

我们采用三种材料等级制造此夹头。标准材料为20CrMnTi渗碳钢,表面硬化至58–60 HRC,硬化层深度0.8 mm。对于腐蚀性切削液环境,我们提供17-4PH不锈钢,时效硬化至44–48 HRC。对于高磨损应用,我们使用M2高速钢,硬度达63–65 HRC。所有材料均经过真空热处理,以避免脱碳。硬化后,我们在一次装夹中磨削外圆和内孔,确保硬化层与夹持面同心。我们不采用整体淬火,因为这会使得夹头在反复夹紧循环中变脆。

圆棒料夹持范围与槽几何形状

28型夹头可按1 mm增量夹持圆棒料,但我们可加工任意直径在3 mm至28 mm之间的定制内孔。标准内孔在名义棒料尺寸基础上留有0.05 mm间隙。槽深为夹头壁厚的85%。该比例提供了足够的弹性,可实现0.2 mm的收缩范围,同时不损失夹持力。我们使用比名义尺寸小0.01 mm和大0.01 mm的硬化塞规对每只夹头进行测试。如果塞规无法插入,或夹头无法恢复到零位0.005 mm以内,则该夹头将被拒收。对于大批量生产,我们建议订购一套备用夹头,因为在需要重新珩磨前,收缩范围仅为0.2 mm。

每次发货前全检 – 而非仅抽检

每只夹头均经过全检,而非批次抽检。我们使用分辨率为0.5 µm的三坐标测量机(CMM)进行检测。我们在三个深度位置检查内孔直径,在鼻端和向后20 mm处检查跳动,并检查槽宽。表面粗糙度使用轮廓仪测量,内孔目标Ra 0.4 µm,外圆目标Ra 0.8 µm。硬度使用洛氏硬度计在鼻端面(而非柄部)进行验证。我们还进行功能测试:每只夹头安装在28型夹头座中,夹持一根20 mm磨削棒料,以3000 RPM转速运行30秒。如果振动超过1.5 µm,则该夹头将被拒收。CMM报告的照片将随发货邮件一并提供。

交期与最小起订量 – 我们备有毛坯,可实现7天交付

我们的最小起订量为零。您可以订购一只或一百只夹头。我们常备三种材料、四种内孔尺寸(10、16、20、25 mm)的28型夹头毛坯。对于标准尺寸,交期为图纸确认后7天。对于定制内孔,需额外3天用于线切割和珩磨。如果毛坯有库存,我们不收取加急费用。从东莞空运至大多数美国或欧洲机场需5–7天。对于20 mm内孔夹头,单件重量为0.45 kg,因此运费较低。我们将在您的报价中确认确切交期,而非给出一个笼统的范围。

表面处理与涂层 – 真正减少棒料打滑的因素

我们提供三种表面处理选项。标准为普通磨削内孔,Ra 0.4 µm。对于高进给应用,我们可在内孔上增加细滚花图案,深度0.1 mm,可将夹持力提高20%,但会在棒料上留下痕迹。对于不锈钢或钛合金棒料,我们可在内孔上施加TiN涂层,以减少咬粘现象,并允许在不对材料造成划伤的情况下提高15%的夹紧力。我们不建议镀铬,因为在高循环次数下会剥落。外圆柄部始终磨削至ISO H6公差。您可以指定特殊涂层,但我们会根据您的材料提供是否需要的建议。我们的数控刀具选型指南涵盖了哪种涂层适用于您的棒料材料。

夹头本体加工过程 – 从棒料到成品

我们从直径32 mm的棒料开始,锯切至80 mm长度。外圆车削至28 mm H6,然后钻孔并铰孔至距最终尺寸0.1 mm以内。我们进行热处理,然后磨削外圆和内孔至最终尺寸。槽采用线切割加工,可产生0.8 mm的切缝,且无热影响区。线切割后,我们使用陶瓷刷对槽边缘进行去毛刺。最后一步是在150°C下进行2小时的去应力处理,以稳定几何形状。我们不使用车床切割槽,因为毛刺会超出我们的跳动规格。有关公差如何影响您的零件的完整解析,请阅读我们的数控加工公差指南

如何验证每只夹头的跳动和硬度?

我们使用三坐标测量机在两个位置测量跳动,使用洛氏硬度计在鼻端面测试硬度,并使用磨削棒料进行3000 RPM功能测试。
