概述

您的图纸决定零件规格。我们严格按照图纸要求制造。每一件定制CNC夹头均采用实心材料加工,如需热处理则按要求进行,并在关键直径上进行磨削。发货前我们会对同心度和同步性进行验证。您收到的零件首次即可完美适配您的自动车床主轴。

定制CNC夹头制造

我们使用自有CNC车床和磨床完成全部加工,无任何外包环节。这确保了公差稳定和交期可控。

客户选择将图纸发给我们加工的三大理由

1. 批次可追溯的质量。 每个炉号和批次均有记录。如需追溯零件对应的原材料,我们可在数分钟内完成。记录保存期为五年。

2. 每批附检测报告。 每次发货均附带尺寸检测报告,列明孔径、锥度角度、卡爪同步性和硬度。您的来料质检不会有任何意外。

3. 同一工厂完成CNC加工+冲压+弹簧+散热器。 夹头并非您唯一需要的零件。我们同时生产夹头释放机构用弹簧、执行器板冲压件以及主轴驱动用散热器。一张采购订单、一个收货地址、一套质量标准。

客户下单前的常见问题

问:最小起订量是多少? 答:无起订量。我们可以制作一件用于打样,也可以生产 5,000 件用于批量。单价随数量递减,但第一件产品绝不会让您冒险。

问:如何保证公差和品质? 答:我们在热处理后进行磨削,以消除变形。每一件夹头均通过CMM和三坐标同步检测仪测量。检测报告随货附上。如果零件在您的来料检验中不合格,我们免费更换。

问:典型交期是多久? 答:标准材料和尺寸为 15 个工作日。紧急订单如图纸清晰且材料有库存,可加急至 7 天。您发送图纸后我们将确认具体交期。

问:能否提供材质证明? 答:可以。我们随每批货物提供原材料的钢厂检验报告,同时提供硬度检测报告,如有需要还可提供完整的化学成分分析。
