我们采用CNC车削加工本体,然后通过CNC磨削加工锥度和内孔。热处理由内部完成或由认证合作伙伴执行。终检使用三坐标测量机和锥度规。

2. 每批次附检测报告。 您不必仅凭信任。每批次随附尺寸检测报告。我们测量锥度角、同心度、硬度和表面粗糙度。对于关键尺寸,我们提供三坐标测量数据点。如需完整PPAP或FAIR,我们也可以提供。

3. 同一工厂完成CNC加工 + 冲压 + 弹簧 + 散热器。 您的夹头不是您唯一需要的零件。我们在同一厂房内运营四条生产线:CNC加工、金属冲压、弹簧卷制和散热器制造。将您的完整BOM发给我们。我们协调各工序,减少供应商数量,降低物流成本。

问:起订量是多少? 答:无起订量。我们可以先加工一件样品供您测试。确认后,按您的需求量批量生产。小批量订单同样欢迎。

问:如何保证公差和品质? 答:我们使用带在线测量的CNC磨床。磨削后,在三坐标测量机上检查每个关键尺寸。锥度角使用校准气动量规验证。每批次随附完整检测报告。如有任何尺寸超差,我们免费更换。

问:交期多久? 答:打样 7–12 个工作日。批量生产 15–20 个工作日,视数量和热处理周期而定。急单可加急处理,需另收费用。

问:能否提供材质证书? 答:可以。我们为所有合金钢提供 EN 10204 3.1 材质证书。同时提供硬度检测报告以及您要求的任何第三方检测。
