扭簧:设计参数、材料与常见结构形式

扭簧通过扭转储存能量:支腿承受载荷,螺旋体发生弯曲,因此尽管名为“扭簧”,其线材实际承受的是弯曲应力而非扭转应力。定义扭簧只需四个核心参数——线径、簧体直径、圈数和支腿几何形状——再加上特定角度下所需的扭矩,弹簧厂即可完成其余工作。大多数现场失效可追溯到支腿弯曲应力、全变形下的圈间干涉或簧体周围缺少间隙,而非基本的螺旋计算问题。

扭簧外观类似带伸出臂的压缩弹簧,但其功能完全不同。它绕自身轴线旋转,推动锁闩复位、关闭门体、使杠杆回位或抬起打印机托盘。由于以旋转方式工作,其规格表述也随之改变:扭矩单位为N·mm或N·m(而非载荷N),变形量为角度(而非高度mm)。本指南将介绍扭簧的实际工作原理、定义参数、适用于不同工况的材料,以及实际图纸中常见的簧体和支腿结构形式。

扭簧工作原理:扭矩、角度与力臂

扭簧安装于轴或孔内,支腿分别钩住运动部件和固定部件。机构旋转时,一支腿相对另一支腿运动,螺旋体发生扭转。线材在螺旋周围承受弯曲应力,因此其控制性能的材料属性是弯曲弹性模量E,而非压缩弹簧所遵循的剪切模量G。

两个关系在日常中至关重要。第一,扭矩等于力乘以力臂:若支腿在距簧体中心线20 mm处承受5 N载荷,则弹簧承受约100 N·mm的扭矩。第二,扭矩与变形量成正比:缠绕角度加倍,扭矩亦加倍,直至达到弹性极限。刚度(即弹簧刚度系数)通常以每度或每弧度的扭转量来标示。

刚度与线径的4次方成正比——线径增加10%,弹簧刚度约增加46%;而增加圈数或增大簧体直径则会降低刚度。这种4次方敏感性意味着图纸上的微小设计变更会在载荷测试仪上产生巨大差异,也正因如此,原型验证所花费的几天时间是完全值得的。

适用于扭簧的材料选择

由于线材弯曲而非扭转,扭簧可更接近材料的弯曲疲劳极限运行(相较于压缩弹簧接近其剪切极限),但材料选择仍由三个相同的问题驱动:温度、腐蚀性,以及弹簧是否导电。

常见结构形式:单体、双体与特殊簧体

大多数扭簧为单体密绕结构——零载荷时圈间接触——形成紧凑稳定的结构。开绕簧体适用于低角度下圈间摩擦重要的场合,或某些分度设计中弹簧需旋转超过360°的应用。双扭簧通过中心支腿连接两个簧体,使扭矩在枢轴两侧对称施加;常见于空间仅允许安装一个弹簧但载荷需保持平衡的机构,如舱门和门体平衡系统。
