材料是首要决策,因为它决定了弹簧的性能上限。琴钢丝(A228)是默认选择:同等线径下强度最高、价格低廉,适合室内环境——但易生锈。不锈钢302/304以少量强度换取耐腐蚀性。铍铜(C17200)兼具导电性和优异的疲劳寿命,但成本高出数倍,适用于电气接触用途。
