CNC加工黄铜表壳零件是您时计的结构核心。我们将黄铜表壳及表壳组件(表耳、表圈、表冠、底盖、管套)加工至±0.005 mm公差和0.01 mm跳动。这意味着您的表壳无需垫片、无需返工、不会出现现场故障,即可完美适配机芯、密封圈和镜面。您获得的是始终如一、可重复的表壳,每次都能顺畅装配。我们的标准交期为原型7天,批量生产15天。

我们加工的黄铜牌号:C36000、C38500及6061-T6替代方案

我们默认使用C36000易切削黄铜加工表壳零件。其可加工性为100%(相比之下不锈钢仅为40%),这意味着更快的循环时间和更低的单件成本。对于潮湿环境中需要更高耐腐蚀性的应用,我们使用C38500(建筑青铜),其抗变色性能优于C36000。如果您需要更轻的正装表表壳,我们还可加工6061-T6铝材并配合硬质阳极氧化表面处理——但黄铜零件仍是我们的核心专长。我们常备直径8 mm至80 mm的圆棒库存,因此您的表壳直径范围可达28 mm至52 mm,无需定制材料订购。

硬度和热处理:从机加工态65 HRB到退火态40 HRB

拉制状态的黄铜硬度为65 HRB(洛氏B标尺)。这对大多数表壳而言已足够。但如果您需要抵抗反复开启变形的底盖,我们可以指定热处理黄铜至75 HRB。相反,对于深度雕刻或复杂表圈加工,我们会退火至40 HRB,使刀具不会推移材料。我们不进行完全硬化处理(那是钢制表壳的工艺),但我们会根据您的图纸精确控制硬度。我们会在检验报告中记录每批次的硬度读数。

切屑控制和表面光洁度:无需二次抛光即可达到Ra 0.2 µm

表壳要求可见表面达到镜面效果。我们使用抛光硬质合金刀片和高压冷却液(70 bar),直接从CNC机床实现Ra 0.2 µm的表面光洁度。这消除了平面表圈二次滚筒抛光的需要。对于拉丝表面,我们使用400目砂带进行多轴走刀,在Ra 0.4 µm下提供均匀的发丝纹理。底盖螺纹按6H公差切削,确保底盖顺畅旋入而不会乱牙。我们的刀具路径策略控制切屑流动,防止黄铜切屑划伤已加工表面——这是廉价加工中的常见问题。

密封圈槽和镜面座:0.01 mm跳动确保防水性能

任何表壳的关键尺寸是密封圈槽和镜面座。如果跳动超过0.01 mm,密封圈将受力不均,随之而来的是进水问题。我们在5轴CNC铣床上通过同一次装夹加工镜面座和底盖槽。这保证了两个特征之间的同心度在0.01 mm总指示跳动(TIR)以内。我们还使用机器人毛刷对每个内部边缘进行去毛刺处理,确保装配时密封圈不会被割伤。这就是50米防水等级与100米防水等级之间的区别。

每次发货前的检验:三坐标测量报告和硬度证书

每批CNC加工黄铜表壳零件均附带完整的检验报告。我们使用分辨率为0.0001 mm的蔡司三坐标测量机(CMM)测量关键尺寸。我们检查:外径、内径、镜面座深度、密封圈槽宽度、螺纹螺距和表面光洁度。跳动通过Talyrond圆度仪验证。硬度通过洛氏硬度计测量。您将随货收到PDF格式的三坐标测量报告。如果您需要PPAP(生产件批准程序)文件,我们可在样品批准后3天内提供。
