为什么6061-T6铝材在RF等离子体腔体中优于不锈钢

对于面向等离子体的部件,我们推荐6061-T6铝材。其导热系数(167 W/m·K)将热量从反应区导出的速度比316L不锈钢快10倍。我们在加工前对每块板材进行去应力处理以消除内应力。加工后,我们进行硬质阳极氧化处理,表面硬度相当于60 HRC——这可以防止电弧放电和颗粒脱落。对于离子注入终端站,我们使用304L或316L不锈钢,并进行32 Ra电解抛光,以将放气率降至1×10⁻⁹ Torr·L/s·cm²以下。

我们的五轴加工工艺可处理异形角度端口

您的腔体零件通常需要15°、30°或45°角度的气体入口端口。我们使用DMG MORI五轴铣床,在一次装夹中加工这些角度孔。这消除了重新装夹带来的累积误差。端口间距的典型位置精度为±0.01 mm。我们还加工符合2A级配合的内螺纹——这对于必须在热循环下密封的加热器筒孔和热电偶孔至关重要。

我们应用的材料认证和热处理

每批原材料均附带EN 10204 3.1工厂证书。我们在切割前验证化学成分和硬度。对于铝制零件,我们使用T6状态(190 HB)。对于不锈钢,我们使用固溶退火状态,然后根据您的要求,在400°C下进行最终真空烘烤以去除氢脆。我们将每个零件的硬度读数记录在检验单上——您获得的是实际数值,而非“典型”值。

每次发货前的检验:三坐标测量机和氦气泄漏测试

我们对关键特征进行100%检验,而非仅抽检。蔡司三坐标测量机根据您的3D模型检查所有孔、螺栓孔图案和密封面。对于必须保持真空的零件,我们进行低至1×10⁻⁹ mbar·L/s的氦气泄漏测试。我们还会在零件旁放置校准过的标尺进行拍照,供您存档。每次发货均附带完整检验报告——不额外收费。

用于颗粒控制和耐腐蚀性的表面处理

标准表面处理为非密封区域Ra 0.8 µm,密封面Ra 0.4 µm。对于Cl₂或HBr等腐蚀性化学环境,我们施加25 µm硬质阳极氧化(Type III)以抵抗侵蚀。对于不锈钢零件,我们提供电解抛光,可去除加工硬化层并留下钝化铬氧化物表面。我们不使用喷砂处理——它会嵌入介质颗粒,导致晶圆缺陷。

全球洁净室交付的包装和出口文件

我们将零件双层包装在防静电塑料中,并装入带泡沫内衬的木箱。外箱标有“易碎——真空级”字样,并包含干燥剂袋。我们处理所有出口文件,包括熏蒸证书和商业发票。通过DHL或FedEx门到门运输,运往美国、欧盟或日本需3-5天。对于紧急维修,我们可在48小时内空运单个零件。
