如何在夹持表面上保持0.005 mm精度

夹爪钳口必须在每个循环中闭合到同一点。这需要一致的基准。我们在同一装夹中加工安装面和钳口尖端,因此不存在重新夹紧误差。对于手指对,我们从同一块材料线切割配合轮廓,确保镜像对称度在0.003 mm以内。如果您的夹爪使用燕尾槽或T型槽安装,我们将该表面磨削至0.4 Ra光洁度,并在出厂前用三坐标测量机进行检测。

耐磨性材料与热处理

当您需要轻量化时,我们用6061-T6铝加工夹爪零件;食品或医疗环境使用17-4PH不锈钢;需要耐磨边缘保持时使用A2或D2工具钢。对于高循环抓取,我们提供D2整体淬硬至45 HRC的选项,并附黑色氧化处理以防锈。如果您指定在钳口接触面使用硬质合金镶件,我们将其压配后重新切削至最终轮廓,保持相同的0.005 mm公差。

您的夹爪钳口轮廓并非简单的矩形。它包含倒角、凹槽和必须与所抓取零件匹配的接触半径。我们将您的STEP或IGES文件直接导入CAM软件,然后模拟刀具路径以避免薄壁碰撞。对于夹持面上的内部锯齿或滚花,我们使用定制刃磨的成型刀具一次走刀完成图案切削——无需二次EDM操作。与传统铣削相比,这可将循环时间缩短40%。

手指对和连杆销:匹配成套

当您订购一对夹爪手指时,我们从同一棒料批次加工两个零件,并使用单一工单号进行追踪。销孔铰孔至H7公差(0.012 mm),然后用陶瓷刷去毛刺以消除边缘卷曲。如果您的夹爪使用四杆连杆机构,我们在一次装夹中加工销、衬套孔和叉形接头。这确保连杆运动无卡滞——这是现成夹爪常见的失效点。

每批CNC加工的机器人夹爪零件都经过3步检查。首先,三坐标测量机根据您的图纸测量关键基准和孔位。其次,表面轮廓仪验证夹持面的Ra值——如果您指定0.4 Ra,我们拒绝任何高于0.5 Ra的零件。第三,我们对同一热处理批次的陪试样片进行硬度测试。您将收到包含所有读数的PDF报告,以及零件测量视频,随发货确认一并发送。

订购1件与1000件的区别

我们没有起订量,因为我们在已设置的CNC机器上运行小批量。单件成本较高——装夹时间占主导——但我们会透明报价。对于1000件,我们转为专用夹具,单件成本降低35%至50%。我们还可以将您的编程刀具路径和夹具偏移保存12个月,因此重新订购只需发送带有旧工单号的采购订单。这是我们东莞工厂精密制造的标准做法。

如何指定您的夹爪零件以实现快速加工

标准为10个工作日,但我们可以将2-4件的一套零件加急至5个工作日,收取20%加急费,视材料供应情况而定。
