我们如何在镜头外壳上保持0.01 mm跳动

跳动是光学对准的敌人。我们在5轴DMG MORI铣床上一次装夹加工所有安装孔和基准面,消除了重新夹紧误差。每个孔随后珩磨至0.8 µm Ra表面粗糙度。对于螺纹安装座,我们使用单点刀具(而非丝锥)加工螺纹,使节径与孔的同轴度保持在0.01 mm以内。如果您的图纸要求基准A-B轴,我们会按此方式加工,而非事后处理。

尺寸稳定性的材料与热处理

我们常备6061-T6铝、7075-T6铝、304不锈钢和17-4PH不锈钢。对于钢制零件,我们提供两种热处理路径:整体淬硬至48-52 HRC(用于运动学安装座)或沉淀硬化至40 HRC(用于耐腐蚀组件)。铝制零件每批次均进行-T6回火验证。我们不使用铸造或挤压毛坯制造光学安装座——仅使用轧制板材或棒材,以确保内部应力可预测。如果您需要INVAR或钛等特定材料,请在询价中告知;我们采购具有可追溯性的认证材料。

ER弹簧夹头夹持:圆形安装座零滑移的秘诀

许多光学安装座具有圆柱形本体,需要在热处理后加工。我们使用ER32和ER40弹簧夹头(而非三爪卡盘)夹持这些零件。夹头在360度范围内施加均匀的径向力,零件不会移位或变形。这使我们在外径与内孔之间实现0.005 mm的同轴度——即使直径小至8 mm的零件也能做到。对于方形或矩形安装座,我们使用按您的零件轮廓加工的精密软爪。在我们的车间,任何零件都不会接触锯齿爪。

每次发货前检测:三坐标测量机和平台

每个光学安装座零件都经过检测,而不仅仅是首件。我们使用蔡司三坐标测量机检测位置公差和孔径。Talysurf轮廓仪测量密封面的表面粗糙度。跳动在配备Renshaw的数控车削中心上使用0.001 mm分辨率的指示表检测。每个零件随附完整的尺寸报告(PDF),显示实测值与您的图纸公差对比。如果我们无法达到公差,我们会在加工前告知您——而非发货后。我们的光学安装座零件首检合格率为99.2%。

表面处理选项:从0.8 µm Ra到黑色阳极氧化

标准机加工表面为安装面0.8 µm Ra,其他区域1.6 µm Ra。对于反射或密封表面,我们可通过精镗工序保持0.4 µm Ra。我们还提供铝制安装座的黑色阳极氧化(MIL-A-8625 Type II)以减少杂散光,以及不锈钢的化学镀镍以提高耐磨性。阳极氧化厚度为8-12 µm,我们在电镀前对所有精密孔进行遮蔽,以确保尺寸公差不受影响。如果您需要低反射率表面,我们可按要求施加化学转化涂层。

批量大小:一件或一千件——单件价格相同

我们的无最小起订量政策并非营销噱头。我们在自动化托盘单元上加工光学安装座零件,因此单件或500件的装夹时间相同。单个安装座比50件批量的价格高20%,但这仅因编程时间,而非装夹。订单超过100件时,我们自动将单价降低15%。我们绝不会收取“小批量”费用。如果您正在原型设计系统,购买一件进行测试,然后将同一图纸发送给我们进行生产。我们会将您的程序文件保存10年。
