5轴联动铣削如何减少复杂几何形状的装夹误差

我们的5轴CNC铣床(DMG MORI和Fanuc控制系统)在切削过程中通过两个旋转轴旋转工件。这意味着带有底切、斜孔或涡轮叶片轮廓的零件可以在一次装夹中完成加工——无需重新夹紧,不会产生累积基准偏移。以我们加工的典型叶轮为例,总跳动量保持在0.01毫米以下。在3轴机床上,同样的零件需要五次装夹,且不同特征之间可能存在0.05毫米的偏差。对于齿轮齿或槽型图案等分度加工,我们也使用4轴,在不需要全联动运动的情况下,相比5轴可降低20%的成本。
