我们如何加工真空密封槽

密封槽是任何腔体的核心——此处泄漏会破坏整个工艺。我们使用专用单点刀具切割这些槽,而非通用立铣刀。我们的CNC程序采用顺铣,转速12,000 RPM,步距0.02毫米,产生均匀压缩O型圈的表面。我们使用校准的气动量规验证每个槽,而非仅用轮廓仪。结果:我们发运的每个腔体氦泄漏率低于1×10⁻⁹ mbar·L/s。

耐等离子体材料与热处理

大多数腔体我们选用6061-T6铝,因其平衡了导热性(167 W/m·K)和可加工性。对于含氟等离子体,我们改用316L不锈钢或Inconel 625——这些合金能抵抗溶解标准铝的卤素侵蚀。铣削后,我们进行硬质阳极氧化(III型)至50–60 HRC,或在不锈钢上进行化学镀镍至48–52 HRC。每批进料坯料均通过导电率测试验证T6回火状态。

每次发货前检测:三坐标测量机、气动量规和激光

我们不依赖抽检。每个腔体零件均接受完整的三坐标测量机检测,探头分辨率0.001毫米——根据几何形状测量40至120个点。密封槽使用与最终组装相同的气动量规测量。表面粗糙度使用激光轮廓仪检查,而非手持式划痕仪。所有数据存储在包含您采购订单号的PDF报告中,在零件发货前发送给您。

为何5轴铣削优于3轴加工腔体端口

腔体壁具有斜角端口、进气孔和冷却通道,3轴机床需多次装夹才能加工。每次装夹增加跳动风险。我们的5轴DMG MORI机床在一次夹持中切削这些特征,整个零件位置公差保持±0.01毫米。对于您的图纸,如果端口角度为30°或45°,我们一次走刀完成——无需二次EDM或钻孔操作。

原型和小批量爬坡的交期与无最小起订量政策

单个原型腔体标准交期为5–7天,50件批次为15天。我们不设最小起订量——订购一件用于验证,然后扩展至500件。这是中国制造的精密制造,但有所不同:我们拥有自己的加工线,因此掌控进度。无中间商,无转包商,无需等待外部供应商的空闲班次。

表面粗糙度选项:Ra 0.4至Ra 1.6,按您的工艺要求

我们如何处理定制端口尺寸和非标准法兰

您的腔体可能使用CF法兰、ISO-K或专有夹紧设计。我们均从原始坯料加工——无焊接、无钎焊。法兰面研磨至0.002毫米平面度,螺栓孔钻削至±0.05毫米位置度。如果您的图纸指定不在我们标准刀具库中的端口,我们直接编程。我们的CAM软件支持螺纹螺旋插补,因此您无需单独刀片。

无最小起订量——我们加工单个原型腔体零件用于验证,然后扩展至您需要的任何数量。

您能根据我的图纸定制端口角度和冷却通道吗?
