我们如何加工薄壁而不变形

电子外壳通常要求1.2 mm壁厚以减轻重量。标准铣刀会导致金属颤动和弯曲。我们使用45°螺旋角的三刃变螺旋立铣刀,以18,000 RPM转速配合摆线刀具路径进行加工。这将径向切削力降低60%,使您的壁面在100 mm范围内平整度保持在0.02 mm以内。对于超过25 mm的深腔,我们改用6 mm刀柄的缩颈刀具以避免偏转。我们的五轴CNC中心可在一次装夹中加工底切和45°倒角——无重新定位痕迹,无公差累积。

材料、热处理和表面处理选项

我们库存6061-T6和7075-T6铝(屈服强度分别为276 MPa和503 MPa),以及304和316L不锈钢。对于滑动盖板或铰链销,我们提供硬化至40 HRC的17-4PH不锈钢。铜C11000和黄铜C36000可用于射频屏蔽或均热片。加工后,我们进行两步阳极氧化:铝材采用Type II透明或黑色(厚度18-20 μm),钢材采用化学镀镍(50 μm,硬度52 HRC)。如需装饰性拉丝外观,我们在阳极氧化前添加240目线性拉丝处理——100件以内不额外收费。

热管理:铣削散热片和散热器集成

您的功率电子器件在密封盒内会过热。我们直接将一体式散热片铣削到外壳底部——无需单独的卡扣式零件。散热片厚度可低至0.8 mm,间距2.5 mm,与平板相比表面积增加3.2倍。我们还为热管或均温板铣削螺纹凸台。对于典型的50W放大器,我们的铣削铝制外壳(6061-T6,40 mm x 40 mm x 20 mm)与无散热片的塑料盒相比,结温降低35°C。我们可以加工C形槽以安装硅胶垫圈,在保持IP65防护等级的同时维持射频接地。

螺纹嵌件、EMI垫圈和密封槽

我们直接在铝材上切削螺纹——M2至M6,2B级配合。对于高循环装配(超过100次螺钉插入),我们推荐压入式黄铜嵌件(我们在厂内安装)。对于射频密封外壳,我们加工1.6 mm宽的通道用于指形EMI垫圈,以及独立的0.8 mm O型圈槽用于防水密封。我们的CNC铣床可将槽深控制在±0.03 mm以内,确保垫圈均匀压缩——无间隙、无泄漏。我们还将螺钉孔沉孔加工至平面度0.01 mm,防止拧紧时开裂。

每次发货前检测:CMM和光学检查

每批CNC加工电子外壳都经过三坐标测量机(CMM)检测,分辨率0.001 mm。我们检查关键孔位、位置度至0.02 mm,以及基准A、B、C上的表面轮廓。对于外观表面,我们使用20倍放大率的光学比较仪检查划痕或刀具痕迹。我们还使用氦质谱检漏仪对密封外壳进行泄漏测试——泄漏率低于1x10⁻⁸ mbar·L/s。每次发货您都会收到数字检测报告(PDF)。无纸质文件,无模糊的"合格"印章——只有真实数据。

生产交期和无最小起订量政策

我们是工厂,不是贸易公司,因此我们掌控生产计划。原型(1-5件)交期为5个工作日。生产批量(50-500件)为7-10个工作日。我们24/6运行15台CNC机床,因此可以将您的订单插入空闲时段。无最小起订量意味着您可以订购单个外壳进行试装——我们仍会像对待百万美元订单一样进行编程、加工和检测。我们的"中国制造"优势不是廉价劳动力,而是一家垂直整合的工厂,刀具、热处理和阳极氧化均在CNC车间2公里范围内完成。

从原型到量产:相同夹具,相同品质

我们不将原型视为独立、粗糙的流程。相同的五轴机床、相同的刀柄和相同的检测夹具用于2件样品和2,000件批量生产。对于量产,我们使用硬爪和定制真空夹具,将装夹时间减少50%——即使在低数量下也能保持单件成本稳定。我们还将您的CNC程序和夹具偏置存储5年,因此重新下单只需发送采购订单。如果您修改设计,我们仅更新受影响的刀具路径;其余程序保持已验证状态。

你们有最小起订量(MOQ)要求吗?

无最小起订量——我们接受单件用于原型制作或测试,且适用相同的精度标准。

你们能否根据我的特定PCB布局定制外壳?

可以,我们根据您的2D图纸或3D STEP文件加工定制开孔、螺柱和安装孔,连接器对齐精度为±0.005 mm。

你们如何控制大批量订单的质量?

我们对首件进行首件检验(FAI),然后每50件进行过程检查,最后对批量的10%进行CMM报告——所有内容均记录在您的发货文件中。
