导热胶粘剂与粘接散热器:何时胶水胜过卡扣

简短回答:当零件轻、热流适中,且希望省去螺丝、卡扣、人工和应力点时,粘接固定胜出——在约 15–30 W 和 100–200 g 散热器质量以下,填充环氧树脂或导热胶带通常是最便宜可靠的方案。当功率高、散热器重或组件需要维护时,螺丝和卡扣胜出。结构型导热环氧树脂的导热系数为 1–3 W/m·K,粘接层厚度 0.05–0.15 mm,而压敏胶带为 0.5–1.5 W/m·K,需要夹紧压力才能发挥作用的优质导热硅脂为 3–8 W/m·K。

规定粘接以确保其保持粘接

在测试前而非测试后定义通过标准。高温下的剪切强度,而不仅是室温下的,是对将运行高温的散热器重要的数值。粘接层厚度应通过横截面测量或从热结果推断,因为厚而不均匀的粘接层既是机械缺陷也是热缺陷。并决定生产中运行哪些检查:表面处理和涂胶的过程控制,加上每批次的拉拔或剪切强度抽样,抽样率与散热器松动在服务中的灾难性程度挂钩。

生产控制是粘接固定要么赢得声誉要么毁掉声誉的地方。变量平凡且无情:脱脂质量、打磨一致性、双组分环氧树脂的混合比和适用期、固化温度和时间,以及固化期间施加的压力。每一个在生产线上都会漂移,每一次漂移都将粘接从结构型变为装饰型。记录这些参数并按计划检查的工厂有资格进行粘接;像刷漆一样涂胶的工厂则没有,无论数据手册怎么说。
